With a net height of 12m, the warehouse is a high-standard modern warehouse with all facilities and equipment, such as loading and unloading platform, fire fighting, lighting, moisture-proof and security monitoring system (Figure 6a-6d). There is an automatic fire sprinkler system (smoke sensing system and temperature sensing system) on the top of the warehouse. Explosion-proof lights can avoid fire accidents in the warehouse and ensure the safety of the warehouse (Figure 7). There are corresponding billboards at the entrances and exits of the three warehouses in Nangang Base, which indicate various precautions, operating rules and business indicators (Figure 8). Taking Warehouse B as an example, various signs and emergency plans such as Emergency Evacuation Schematic Diagram, Fire Equipment Distribution Diagram, Emergency Communication Procedure and Safety Instructions are standardized by billboards, which effectively standardize the operation of employees (Figure 9). In the raw material warehouse of major customers, there is also a comprehensive management billboard for raw materials, and operators can see various indicators in detail. "Warehouse introduction", "regional distribution" and "organizational structure" allow even new employees to quickly understand the basic situation of the warehouse. "It is not easy to do simple things well today. It is not easy to do easy things well. Doing things better tomorrow than today is innovation. " Eye-catching slogans explain the management philosophy of Nangang base warehouse. Gravity racks up to 1m are arranged by numbers. The clean rack area is divided into forklift operation area and operator passage by yellow warning line. More than 2 permanent forklift trucks are constantly shuttling back and forth in the rack lane (Figure 1). There are billboards with operation rules and shelf signs in front of each rack. The "lane" sign (Figure 11) indicates which lane is located, and the words "SA3" are used to indicate the specific row. The following minimum marks are used for each business type. After the goods are accepted, the stevedores classify them according to the products and models, code and label them according to the output of WMS system, and find the specific goods location according to the labels. When the goods leave the warehouse, the warehouse keeper and sorter can find them conveniently and quickly by looking at the corresponding labels or picking lists. Nangang base warehouse also plans to set up drive-in shelves suitable for large-scale and high-density commodity storage, and cantilever shelves suitable for super-long, super-large and multi-turnover-rules commodity storage. In the aspect of warehouse data collection, we are also trying to use a large number of automatic data collection equipment to realize convenient information update and paperless operation of the warehouse. At present, the warehouse of Nangang Base adopts a set of scanning and identification equipment of Casio (Figure 12). Managers use scanning guns to realize automatic identification of bar codes, and the scanning guns directly import and export information into the WMS system (Figure 13). It is understood that RF (Radio Frequency Identification) has been widely used in the warehouse of Baogong Hefei Base. At present, the general warehouse is still operated manually, that is, whenever there is a change in the warehouse and some operations are done, the warehouse keeper must record it with paper documents and give it to the statistician, and input it into the system for preservation. In order to further improve the efficiency, Bao Gong's national warehouses will adopt RF equipment, and the system will automatically update the national warehouse information without manual input, so that the national warehouse management can be truly real-time. However, the cost of RF is relatively high. According to Gu Xiaoyu, a scanning gun costs tens of thousands of dollars, while a warehouse like Nangang Base may need more than a dozen, which requires hundreds of thousands. In addition, RF scanning needs to realize wireless network connection by arranging some base stations on the top of the warehouse. The cost of such a network can be imagined. In addition, Nangang base is also the national experimental base for RFID system. Recently, the RFID reading and writing system jointly developed by Sun Yat-sen University and Hong Kong University has been put into the experimental stage (Figure 14). In the future, Nangang base will also follow the needs of customers and arrange RFID systems. As a leader in the industry, Baogong Nangang Logistics Base further sublimated the concept of kanban management and applied it to the service industry, skillfully kanban the "order" and standardized the process, supported by the information management system behind it, and sewed up the relationship among office management, warehouse management and all aspects of management, realizing the efficiency and accuracy of logistics management. /Html/n3/14174779_2.html
