Ancai students trace the red memory, inherit the red gene, and shoulder the mission of the times

The Chinese People’s War of Resistance has lasted 14 years. We do not want to plunge our nation into dire straits again, but by learning from history, we can move forward bravely, create a future, and trace the red memory to keep us from forgetting the past. As people fight bloody battles, they never forget who once sacrificed their small family for everyone, and never forget that the flying flag remains standing. It coincides with the encounter between the new era and the 100th anniversary of the Communist Party of China. In this special historical period, it is time to test the inheritance of the red gene.

In order to better understand the inheritance situation, our Wushuode team conducted a more objective investigation and analysis of the inheritance of the "red gene" through a combination of online and offline methods. The first thing we carried out was the literature survey method. We had a preliminary direction for this research through existing surveys. After determining the research direction, we organized the collected data through field research at the Martyrs Cemetery in Bengbu City. Based on the data and literature Design questionnaires and distribute them online through WeChat, QQ and other means. Based on the sample of the questionnaire, the inheritance situation is analyzed. By analyzing the inheritance situation, we put forward inheritance suggestions.

Inheriting the red gene is to enable us to better fulfill the mission of the times. While the local situation in the world is still grim, inheriting the red gene is to allow us to stand out among the nations of the world and to give us the right and ability to speak for ourselves.

1. Bengbu Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery

Bengbu Revolutionary Martyrs Cemetery is located on the northern slope of Caoshan Mountain. It has a quiet natural environment and pleasant scenery. The cemetery consists of three monuments: a monument to martyrs, a greenway to pay homage, and an exhibition hall. It is composed of large buildings and covers an area of ??50 acres. The monument to the revolutionary martyrs is 15.85 meters high, and the monument is made of granite. It is tall and large. The window display exhibition hall has a total area of ??400 square meters, with four exhibition halls. The windows in the museum display various items from the Revolution of 1911 to the present. With various photos, merchandise and various materials, people who came to visit described the arduous and extraordinary reform process of the Chinese people.

2. First Arrival at the Cemetery

On December 28th, we walked to the Bengbu Martyrs Cemetery. The place is solemn and solemn, and the morning wind is gentle and a bit chilly. We walked into the Bengbu Martyrs Cemetery with a solemn and heavy heart. Maybe it was because it was early in the morning, but the surroundings felt quiet. The sound disappeared at this moment, leaving only the sound of wind echoing in the air.

When talking about the Martyrs Cemetery in Bengbu, we must first talk about Bengbu. Let’s not talk about the battles between military strategists in ancient times. I will just say that during the long-term War of Resistance Against Japan and the War of Liberation, many wars took place in Bengbu. Most of these wars were tragic and tragic. Every soldier fell in the war, and there were stories one by one. spread among people. Let’s take a closer look at the history. In the 1920s, Bengbu’s railway trade union was established here at the Bengbu Railway Maintenance Office; Bengbu’s first Central Communist Party local organization, the Bengbu Special Branch, was born here; during the Agrarian Revolutionary War, , Bengbu became the seat of the Yangtze and Huaihe River Special Committee of the Communist Party of China; during the Anti-Japanese War, some generals established anti-Japanese base areas here. Generals like Peng Xuefeng, Zhang Aiping, and Zhang Zhen were stationed here to fight against the Japanese and kill the enemy. Bengbu was also an important part of the Anti-Japanese War behind enemy lines in Central China. The Anti-Japanese War was over and ushered in the War of Liberation. In these battles, large and small, many soldiers died. After the martyrs left, ruins were built here. Museums of all sizes have been established, martyrs are buried here, and stories are spread throughout the world. This is the history of Bengbu and the pride of Bengbu people.

Today we came to the Martyrs Cemetery. When I first entered the cemetery, I saw the long stairs and the monument standing high up, which seemed to symbolize the difficult but great revolutionary life of the revolutionary martyrs. . The stairs are very long and the monument is very high. When I stood at the foot of the stairs and looked up, I could only see the tall stele and the red star. The stele records their life's merits. The shining red star is their belief and our body. For the glory of the Chinese people's life.

There is a short staircase on the two roads next to it, which leads to the exhibition hall. The color in front of the exhibition hall is monotonous and the decoration is simple. There is not much worth mentioning, but it is precisely because this place is monotonous or It is said to be simple, but it makes people unable to imagine what the objects displayed inside are like. Maybe they are just simple things to carry for daily travel, but history and war have left profound and indescribable significance on them; another way It's very long, with trees on both sides, and I don't know where it leads in the distance. This seems to be the way they came, and it's also the way we move forward. It's long and firm, confused and certain, and there are still many unknown things in the future. and danger, but we and they are ready to move forward!

3. Entering the Exhibition Hall

With respect for the ancestors, I looked at the slogan "Carry forward the glorious tradition and continue the red blood" outside the museum. A group of us walked into the exhibition hall with heavy steps. There are three exhibition halls on the first floor of the exhibition hall. Each exhibition hall has its own theme, telling countless people who come to visit that difficult but faith-filled time of the Anti-Japanese War.

There is a sentence at the beginning of the exhibition hall: "Draw the powerful power of faith from the color red." Isn't this the purpose of our social practice? The heroic deeds of the revolutionary ancestors should not only stay in the museum, but also in our hearts. We need to remember that today’s happy life is the result of our ancestors’ desperate efforts. The exhibition hall records battles of all sizes, and there are many photos of the environment at that time. We can see walls made of loess and roofs made of thatch. Countless Chinese people have made efforts to protect such a home. Each battle map fully demonstrated the wisdom and courage of our ancestors at a time when there were no navigation and intelligent communications. The route drawn on the map may only be a few strokes, but in reality it is the inviolable land of China that needs to be measured step by step by the footsteps of the martyrs!

We see that the guns used by our ancestors, with the passage of time, are no longer as passionate as they were on the battlefield; they no longer flinch and roar when facing the enemy; Just like when we cooperate with the martyrs, we move forward bravely and fight on the battlefield. Today they are lying quietly in the museum, and their mottled bodies seem to be telling us their heroic deeds. Today they are lying quietly in the museum, looking at us who are wearing comfortable and clean clothes. It’s like we are looking at us on behalf of our ancestors and sighing: “My persistence at the beginning was right, and in exchange for the happy life of future generations!” The military backpacks used by the martyrs in the old days were simple in style, and the yellow color has faded. Go down. Looking carefully, I found that the torn fabric on the backpack and the wrinkled straps were the scars left by the war. The most impressive thing is the "British Directory" all over the wall. What is even more shocking is the label "part". The wall is too small to show the names of each martyrs to future generations. The wall is too big. Just one wall can show the resolute attitude of the Chinese people not to allow their country to be invaded. After each name is a small home. Practice it personally, the war of resistance is not just about shouting slogans, it is about not shrinking in the face of the enemy and dedicating your life to the country!

Walking out of the exhibition hall depicting the deeds of heroes and martyrs, our excitement could not calm down for a long time. Looking at Cathay Ming'an today, I can't help but think of that sentence: There are no quiet years, but there are people carrying the burden for us.

4. Pay homage to the Martyrs Monument

Walking out of the exhibition hall with a heavy heart, looking to the left, what comes into view is the long stone steps, go up the stone steps, The monument standing on the top of Caoshan Mountain is majestic and majestic, with the large gilt characters "Revolutionary Martyrs Immortal" shining brightly in the sun. This towering monument represents the greatness of the heroic spirit and the fearlessness of the martyrs. Walking around the monument, the reliefs under the monument take us into the revolutionary struggle of the people in Bengbu area. Although they have left, their spirit of not being afraid of difficulties, dangers and heroic sacrifice has long been deeply integrated into our blood.

Today's China has become the China that the revolutionary martyrs hoped for throughout their lives. Without war and hunger, the Chinese nation has stood up. The new historical mission rests on the shoulders of our young people in the new era. Although we have not experienced the thorny road ahead of our predecessors; we have not experienced the cruelty of the revolutionary war; we have not experienced the great feat of building the united front of the Chinese nation. But we are a new generation of youth with characteristics that belong to this era.

Countless angels in white and young volunteers have emerged in the fight against the epidemic, and they have controlled the epidemic in a short period of time and lifted the lockdown. This is how we have proved to our predecessors that we are capable of revitalizing the nation.

In order to express our respect for the revolutionary martyrs, we observed a moment of silence in front of the tall and majestic Martyrs Monument, quietly remembering and deeply remembering us. We place our deepest thoughts and highest respect on In mourning again and again. Although we are in an era where life is very prosperous, we should also think that a meal and porridge are hard-won. A prosperous and beautiful life is because someone is carrying the burden for us.
