5. Company members do not pay enough attention to on-site 6S management. They only focus on the most intuitive performance indicators and ignore the long-term. Most of the production problems are put out, and basic on-site management is ignored.

In short, the main problem of enterprises is the lack of systematic methodology for 6S on-site management and the lack of management specifications operating within the system.
