What does the confidentiality rule "ten noes" mean?

1. Confidential personnel shall not disclose secrets to any organization or individual at will;

Two, non secret personnel are not allowed to illegally know the secret for any reason or way;

Three, are not allowed to use mobile phones or ordinary phones to talk about state secrets;

4. Do not allow confidential computers to access the Internet;

5. It is not allowed to connect classified USB flash drives, removable hard disks and CDs to networked computers;

Six, are not allowed to deal with confidential documents on networked computers;

Seven, are not allowed to use a computer with wireless Internet access function to handle confidential documents;

Eight, are not allowed to use the fax machine without security device to transmit confidential documents and information;

Nine, are not allowed to copy, extract, destroy and keep confidential documents;

10. Confidential documents and computers are not allowed to be taken out of the office or handled at home. In the reception work, the timetable and personnel list of all safety tasks above level 3 (including deemed level 3) should be operated and printed on a special computer.
