Code of Conduct for Prison Police

First, the prison people's police should strictly abide by the Constitution and laws, be loyal to their duties, enforce the law impartially, strictly observe discipline, and be honest and upright.

Two, the prison people's police shall not have the following acts:

1. Asking for, accepting or embezzling the property of criminals and their relatives;

2. Releasing criminals without permission or neglecting their duties to cause criminals to escape;

3. extorting a confession by torture or corporal punishment or ill-treatment of criminals;

4. Insulting the criminal's personality;

5. Beating or conniving at others beating criminals;

6. Using criminals to provide services for personal gain;

7, in violation of regulations, privately deliver letters or articles for criminals;

8. Illegally handing over the supervision right of criminals to others;

9. Other illegal acts.

Three, the prison people's police in violation of the above code of conduct, to give criticism and education, warning, disciplinary action, dismissal, which constitutes a crime, transferred to judicial organs according to law.
