Since the implementation of the Party's mass line education practice, on the basis of "back-to-back" and "face-to-face" soliciting opinions and suggestions from the masses, my street has held many special meetings to study the most prominent environmental governance problems reflected by the masses and discuss the implementation plans that are in line with the actual conditions of various communities. My street has formulated a convention on environmental sanitation for community residents in the form of government guidance and residents' * *, and has worked closely with the sanitation department to determine garbage removal vehicles and full-time removal personnel, formulate two kinds of removal methods at regular intervals, hire sanitation supervisors, formulate sanitation assessment mechanisms, take multiple measures simultaneously, and gradually establish a long-term mechanism for sanitation management, so as to let the people see the effectiveness of sanitation management through the establishment of reforms.

First, strengthen publicity (summary of nurses' personal work) and create a good atmosphere for the whole people to participate in environmental governance.

Environmental sanitation management needs the participation of the whole people to carry out well. Since the establishment of our street, we have attached great importance to the improvement of environmental sanitation. Combined with the current Party's mass line education practice activities, the Secretary of the Party Working Committee and the Director of the Office took the lead in going deep into communities and village groups for many times, and convened three community cadres of Jinshan, Dongyuan and Xintuan to hold special meetings to discuss the improvement of environmental sanitation. Through holding villagers' representative meetings, posting slogans, broadcasting publicity, and mobilizing rural women to participate in the remediation work, we will guide all communities to mobilize the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of residents to participate in comprehensive environmental remediation.

Second, establish rules and regulations to form a long-term mechanism for environmental sanitation management.

(1) Hire a special person to supervise.

Hire an environmental health supervisor in Jinshan, Xintuan and Dongyuan communities within the jurisdiction of Jinshan Street. Supervise Jinshan Street to implement "two decisions" (regular removal and fixed removal), "one evaluation" (community environmental sanitation appraisal system) and "one agreement" (health convention); Responsible for the supervision and inspection of environmental sanitation and facilities in the communities under their jurisdiction; And do a good job in the publicity and education of environmental health laws and regulations inside and outside the village of community residents' groups.

(3) Formulating a convention on residents' environmental sanitation

Formulate a convention on residents' environmental sanitation, requiring every household to have no garbage, sewage and sludge in front of, behind and in the yard, keep the walls clean and beautiful, and keep public places clean and tidy. Through the formulation of residents' environmental sanitation convention, we will establish the consciousness that everyone cares about environmental sanitation and everyone is responsible, and better regulate residents' environmental sanitation behavior. And strengthen the supervision of community environmental sanitation, consciously accept the supervision of social supervision, neighborhood supervision and environmental sanitation supervisors, stop and report the behavior of destroying community environmental sanitation in time, make residents consciously participate in improving community environmental sanitation, and form a good atmosphere of "everyone does it, and every household participates".

(four) the development of community environmental health assessment system.

Formulate the assessment and reward methods for community environmental sanitation in Jinshan Street, and use the combination of daily supervision and comprehensive evaluation to assess the neighborhood committees, residents' groups, individuals and the masses of the whole street. Through the evaluation mechanism, fully mobilize the enthusiasm of all communities, stimulate residents' enthusiasm for health creation, improve the overall quality of residents, form a strong atmosphere of comprehensive management of community environment among communities, among residents' groups and among residents, and promote long-term management of community environmental sanitation.

Third, focus on rectification to promote a new upsurge in environmental sanitation management.

My street organized cadres, workers and community people to clean the main roads, main entrances and exits, basketball courts, activity centers and other village collective activities. And clean up the garbage in the village, brighten the appearance of the village, and create a good atmosphere for everyone to participate; And arrange special personnel to clean the garbage on both sides of Lida Road, Dong Qi Road and Shixin Road and the green belt in the middle.

Combined with various public welfare activities, from July 28th * to 1 day, 20xx, Jinshan community residents 14 1 person, Xintuan community residents 19 person, party member residents 122 person and Dongyuan community residents 120 person. On July 1 day, 27 staff members from the main roads, highways, main entrances and exits, street agencies and subordinate stations in the street jurisdiction carried cleaning tools such as brooms, shovels, dustpans and cleaning bags to carry out centralized cleaning of weak health links such as green belts, sanitary corners and old garbage dumps on both sides of the road.

Through the above work, the residents' health awareness and responsibility awareness have been effectively improved, the residents' environmental sanitation conditions have been improved, and the long-term and normalization of environmental sanitation governance has been gradually realized. It is also the concrete embodiment of our street to earnestly carry out the Party's mass line education and practice activities, strive to be conscientious, dedicated and perfect "five good public servants" and strive to be grassroots party member cadres who are satisfied with the people.
