Be ordered in a crisis and execute it quickly.

At 8: 30 am on the 23rd, we received a notice from Wuhan Passenger Transport Office that we were going to attend a meeting in the city. The meeting ended on 10, and mainly discussed how to ensure Wuhan's urban traffic after the city was closed. Finally, it is determined that the operation of 2,000 vehicles will be guaranteed, which mainly consists of Didi Chuxing, T3 Chuxing, Dongfeng Changxing, Shouyue Car Rental and Cao Cao Special Car, among which Shouyue Car Rental and Cao Cao Special Car are combined into one. At that time, each family was required to ensure the operation of 500 cars.

Previously, Dongfeng Travel has set up an epidemic emergency team, with me as the team leader, responsible for overall coordination and handling various emergency affairs. The following is divided into five groups, including operation scheduling group, material procurement group, supply guarantee group, vehicle transportation group and publicity report group.

The emergency team held two consecutive meetings to start the emergency plan for its car sharing, taxi sharing and time-sharing business. For users and close contacts who have been diagnosed as COVID-19, passengers can cancel the reservation form in Wuhan free of charge, including the reservation form for three stops and one trip to Wuhan, and the cancellation fee will be borne by Dongfeng Travel Platform.

In order to protect drivers, we distribute 84 disinfectant and other disinfection equipment to platform vehicles in Wuhan, and set disinfection points in Wuhan New Energy Car Rental Service Company (Sanlipo Road, Hanyang District) and Dongfeng Travel Maintenance Center (Building 8, caidian district People Auto Parts City) for daily disinfection. At the same time, make plans for Xiangyang and Shiyan areas.

This meeting of the government is a turning point. If we mainly operated ourselves before 23rd, how to protect employees, how to protect drivers and how to protect vehicles, then from 23rd, it became a question of how to assist the Wuhan Municipal Government to deal with public emergencies, mainly to ensure traffic.

After receiving the task, we parted ways. When the first line came back to take stock, all the team managers called the responsible area to see which drivers were still in Wuhan and which drivers could go to work in the city. Because of the closure of the city, many peripheral network cars have left the city, and we have spent a lot of energy to communicate and coordinate. As of the evening of 23rd, * * * has implemented 486 drivers, with the highest implementation rate among several online car companies.

The other line should be well protected. Try to buy protective clothing, masks and gloves. The management of online car drivers is loose, and there was no dressing the before. I found a medical company in Xiantao through various means and bought 10000 sets of disposable medical protective clothing.

I finally got in touch with Xiantao. It was six or seven in the afternoon on the 23rd. Driving to Xiantao to pick up the goods, then the problem comes. No going out of town. You may not feel it at ordinary times. During this time, I was deeply touched. A city is really difficult to move. From Caidian to the fourth grade, I don't know what to say, and my life and death are uncertain. (Traffic police) said that the city requires one car and one person not to be allowed to pass.

We turned around and went back to the group to write a certificate, and then went with a letter of introduction, but it still didn't work. Had to coordinate with the Wuhan municipal government through the group office. The police station said that they only recognized the instructions of Caidian Public Security Bureau. I went to Caidian Public Security Bureau again, and the other party said, I really have no right to let you go. You can ask the other party to send the materials and make a handover at the exit.

It's already 9 pm on the 23rd, and the workers in Xiantao have a holiday. At night 10, when we were discussing what to do internally, it suddenly occurred to us that the painting workshop of Shenlong Automobile Company had protective clothing, which was similar in function to medical use and should be used instead.

So, we contacted Shenlong Automobile Company overnight, and the other party said that there were 800 pieces in stock, which could all be contributed. Tang Teng, Chairman of Dongfeng Changhang (concurrently Deputy General Manager of Strategic Planning Department of Dongfeng Motor Group) contacted Dongfeng Passenger Car, Dongfeng Honda, Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle and Dongfeng Renault, and these four companies confirmed that they could provide 400 sets, 400 sets, 50 sets and 20 sets of protective clothing respectively.

From transporting medical personnel to serving 280 communities.

On the morning of 24th 10, we got the protective clothing, and in the afternoon, we called all drivers to distribute the materials. This is a very complicated matter. More than 1 000 people took taxis, including more than 300 taxis. We are short of manpower, so we will arrange to send it to taxi drivers first, including protective clothing, masks and 84 disinfectant. Find another place to distribute it to the network car drivers, and distribute it at night.

At this time, the soldiers were divided into two lines. As soon as the distribution of the operation dispatching group and the material purchasing group is completed, the vehicle support group there will make an emergency call. There were 486 people registered on the 23rd, and something went wrong on the 24th. Many people live in Caidian or Huangpi, and the suburbs are blocked. Only 10 can enter the urban area, but not outside the urban area, which involves that 88 drivers cannot be in place.

As a local enterprise, we must go all out in Wuhan. The leaders of Dongfeng Motor Group are very supportive. Chairman Zhu Yanfeng did not return to his hometown in Changchun. He called and said that if there was anything, he could go directly to the company office. He also said that we must carry out the government's instructions to the letter and do our best. Even if the government can't pay some expenses now, the group can pay.

To what extent does the group attach importance? General Manager Li Shaozhu (General Manager of Dongfeng Motor Group), Secretary Cheng Daoran (Deputy Secretary of Party Committee of Dongfeng Motor Group) and General Manager Qiao Yang (Chief Accountant of Dongfeng Motor Group) often call to inquire about the situation and coordinate to solve problems. My supervisor, You Zheng (Deputy General Manager of Dongfeng Motor Group), basically chases a phone call every day.

There are also some private enterprises that give full support. For example, Wuhan TELD (Wuhan TELD New Energy Co., Ltd.), whose boss is from Hubei, was deeply moved by our work these days, and immediately applied to the head office for confirmation. From 24th to 30th, the self-operated charging stations in Wuhan and Shiyan TELD used Dongfeng Travel APP to charge, free of service charge. We participated in the operation of two pure electric vehicles, Fengshen E70 and Liu Qi S50.

On New Year's Eve, the government called us for another meeting. The time is just the beginning of the Spring Festival Gala, about 8 pm. The meeting didn't end until 1 on the morning of New Year's Day, mainly to re-implement the situation of ensuring vehicles.

These cars were originally used to ensure the delivery of medical staff. So, on the 25th, Wuhan New Pneumonia Prevention and Control Command issued the No.9 Notice. Since 0: 00 on the 26th, except for certified transport vehicles, free transport vehicles and official vehicles, motor vehicle ban management has been implemented in the central city. If the citizens do have traffic demand, they shall be implemented according to the notice No.8 of the headquarters, and each community shall be equipped with enough vehicles to meet the demand.

According to Circular No.8, in order to solve the problems of inconvenient travel for residents at home, Wuhan urgently recruited thousands of taxis and distributed them in the central city to provide emergency services for citizens. When it comes to Dongfeng travel, Wuhan requires us to guarantee 1 0,000 vehicles (700 vehicles on the Internet and 300 taxis).

Wu Hanyou 1 159 residential areas, divided into several major travel companies. Dongfeng Travel has contracted 280 communities, accounting for about a quarter of the total number of communities, mainly concentrated in Jiang 'an District, Qiaokou District and Hanyang District. Among them, the community service in Jiang 'an District is undertaken by 229 taxis in Dongfeng.

In this way, we began to mobilize more Wuhan drivers to take up their posts. Since the 24th, community security convoys have been stationed in various communities. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the vehicles of the fleet are uniformly dispatched by the community neighborhood committees, so as to provide door-to-door food delivery, medicine delivery and food delivery services for residents with inconvenient life in the community.

I received a lot of feedback in the next two days. What problems have you found? In many old communities in Wuhan, the elderly are usually at home, and the children come back once or twice a week to take the elderly to the hospital. Suddenly, the children can't come back, the old people can't get out, and there is no public transportation. Some old people can't even use WeChat and Alipay, so they won't order takeout.

The pressure on community neighborhood committees has increased dramatically. On the one hand, patients with fever have to go out, on the other hand, the elderly have to see a doctor. Take dialysis as an example. Do it twice a week for 4 hours each time. In addition, many hospitals have been requisitioned, and sometimes it takes several hospitals to do it. Some old people have to go to the bank to withdraw money before buying food. These all need help. How do you arrange the vehicles? We obviously feel that there are not enough vehicles in the community.

50 employees, vanguard, please fight to the community.

In order to ensure a quarter of the community service in Wuhan, on the morning of 26th, the General Party Branch of Dongfeng Changxing held a meeting to discuss and decide to set up the Pioneer Team of Dongfeng Travel Employees as community service volunteers. In fact, I am under great pressure in this process, because no one can guarantee that these employees are all right, but on the other hand, I think Dongfeng should be at the forefront before the epidemic.

On the morning of 26th 1 1, in the name of the general branch of Dongfeng Changxing Party, we issued a recruitment order for volunteers, mainly targeting employees in Wuhan, calling on everyone to join the community security motorcade. Dongfeng Travel also has many branches in other places. Only 17 1 person stayed in Wuhan during the Spring Festival, and more than 80 people signed up.

We made a screening, in principle, comrades over 50 did not participate, and finally concentrated 50 volunteers. Meet at 3 pm on the 26th to pick up the car, because the parking lot is in Caidian, and we have to go out of the city to coordinate, but this time it's much easier.

At 8: 00 a.m. on the 27th, 50 volunteers signed the invitation letter, pressed the red handprint, set off in a DFGO vehicle with the unified logo of "preventing and controlling the epidemic, facilitating the masses and serving the community" and rushed to the contracted service community.

There are 987 people in the east wind this time, less than 1000 people. Among them, there are 464 people in Hanyang, 224 people in Qiaokou and 229 people in Jiang 'an, to ensure that every community has a car to travel by the east wind.

There are many touching things in this period. One day, Wu Min, a boy born in 1980s, posted a message in his work group, which read: "Sorry, Miss Gao, I didn't do anything serious today".

Wu Min was assigned to Jianghua Community in Hanyang District. Where is Jianghua Community? I looked it up on the map. It's 30 kilometers from the headquarters of Dongfeng Motor Group, about 60 or 70 kilometers from Wuhan, and it's almost Hanchuan.

Jianghua Community is a peninsula in the middle of the river, which is divided into AB District. The distance between the two districts is15km, and one of them is a prison, so people inside can't get out. Epidemic prevention materials are only distributed to one of the communities, and residents in the communities are mostly elderly people, so it is inconvenient to travel and medicine is scarce.

After Wu Min went, he not only bought food, but also medicine, and also undertook the transportation and distribution of epidemic prevention materials. He smiled and called himself "courier brother". One day, an old father went to Hankou to buy anticancer drugs. He heard that the epidemic situation in Hankou was serious and decided to put up with it for another two days and not go for the time being. We will ask Wu Min to give the name of the medicine, help buy it and send it back.

In this way, Wu Min stayed in the community, but he was not idle, helping to disinfect the community and repair the range hood. The director of the community neighborhood Committee was very moved and cooked for him. This shows that the community has completely regarded Dongfeng's drivers as family members.

Drivers in downtown Wuhan have a heavy workload these two days. As mentioned above, some elderly people need dialysis, and some don't leave until 4: 30 in the morning. One of the drivers ran more than 40 kilometers and changed to two or three hospitals, which took almost seven or eight hours.

The most worrying driver protection

The struggle with COVID-19 is a battle without bystanders.

We have a "red flag motorcade", which is responsible for transporting materials. After Wuhan was closed, materials could not enter, and the 24th to 27th was the most difficult day. Red Flag Team has six people and five cars. From the afternoon of 24th to the morning of 25th, the phone call to the Red Flag team never stopped.

How lucky are we? On 24th, 70,000 masks were received, and on 25th, 50,000 masks were sent to 14 hospital, equivalent to120,000 masks.

In addition, as the designated material transport vehicle in wuhan union hospital West District, we sent 4,820 boxes of instant noodles and 4,300 boxes of mineral water, and also sent 1000 sets of protective clothing and more than 4,000 masks to the nursing home. This is all done after normal work.

What makes me proud is that it has basically covered 280 communities since I was busy on the 24th. Every day, we should call the directors of neighborhood committees in various communities to pay a return visit and ask them how satisfied they are with our services, what needs to be improved and what difficulties need help.

Generally speaking, the satisfaction of all communities is very high.

We treat all drivers equally. Later, a driver sent me a separate WeChat, regretting not being able to join the fight. I said, as long as you take part in this job, you are a hero.

To tell the truth, I haven't had a good sleep since 2 1, and I have been at every important activity. This is the first time we have passed the epidemiological examination, and so far we have all passed it.

What worries me most is the protection of all drivers, and I pray that nothing will happen. Every morning, they go out to take their temperature and work from 8: 30 in the morning to 6: 00 in the evening. You can call the dispatch desk for coordination after 6 o'clock. If there is an emergency in the community, we will send someone directly from nearby.

My own pressure is very great, because the company has more than 1000 people walking through the core epidemic area every day. Despite all the protective measures, some drivers are sure to panic. I wrote on WeChat: "Only by constantly emphasizing, constantly swearing, and constantly protecting. God bless, they are not infected. "

At 8: 50pm on 28th, I received a report that Dongfeng volunteers sent a stroke patient to the hospital, and the patient was later diagnosed as COVID-19. The driver didn't go home that night, and the unit arranged for him to go to the hospital for examination. Now the driver is still in isolation, but fortunately there are no symptoms.

I really hope this disaster will pass quickly.
