Overview of Ladakh Mountains

From Tibet to the west is Ladakh. Himalayas and Karakorum Mountains are the two highest mountain systems in the world, which are sandwiched between the north and south, and the almost parallel Ladakh Mountains and Zaska Mountains run through them. Numerous snow-capped mountains have propped up this highland with an average elevation of 3500 meters. The snow-capped mountains are connected with the sky, just like guarding an ancient Oracle, guarding the ancient culture of Ladakh and guarding the legendary "Little Tibet".

The Ladakh Mountains are located in the northernmost part of India, bordering Kashmir in the northwest, Pakistan in the southwest and China and Tibet in the east. Liecheng is the capital of Ladakh, but it is more like a bigger town, clean and quiet. White Pagoda and Manidui can be seen everywhere, which makes people feel that they are in a familiar corner of Tibet. One-or two-story Tibetan houses are quietly arranged along the Mose Mountain in the north of the city. This mountain is the famous old palace. It looks like a natural extension of the mountain, not like a man-made giant. In a higher place, the snowy mountains are rugged and continuous, like an open saussurea involucrata, and Liecheng is the flower of saussurea involucrata.
