I took the post of office director in 2007, which is the trust of the leaders. At first, I felt stressed. Especially during the seven years in charge of finance and office work, there were many jobs, strict requirements and tight time, and there was little rest on Sundays and holidays. The overall quality of the individual is also constantly improved in the exercise, the impression of employees is getting better and better, and the evaluation of leaders is getting higher and higher.
