7. Arrangement of activities and assessment content:

In order to improve quality and quality management levels and create a good atmosphere where everyone cares about and values ??quality, the company decided to hold the fourth "Quality Month" activity plan.

2. Vigorously create a strong atmosphere of "Quality Month"

(1) From the end of August to the beginning of September, hang banners, slogans, and post posters in the main passages of the canteen and workshop production area , promote the quality culture and create a good atmosphere in which all employees pay attention to quality.

(2). On September 1, a mobilization meeting for the company's fourth "Quality Month" activity was organized.

3. Establish QC group activities

1. Taking the workshop department as a unit, each unit must propose at least one quality activity project (more than 3 quality departments), and be able to participate in the project team long. Conduct QC activities under the leadership.

4. Quality Month Prize Essay and Photography Activities
