World Diligence and Thrift Day Event Planning Plan

1. Activity background: October 31st is the World Diligence Day stipulated by the United Nations, and diligence and frugality are also the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, and are good qualities that each of us should possess. However, in real life, the phenomenon of extravagance, waste and ignorance of thrift among college students as successors is still very serious, which is seriously inconsistent with our fine traditions.

2. Event name: Let every day be World Diligence and Thrift Day

3. Event purpose: By holding this event, we will publicize to teachers and students "No matter how small the power is, it is a kind of support. Let every day become the theme of World Diligence and Thrift Day" and enhance everyone's environmental awareness of thrift and thrift.

8. Task allocation of preparation work:

(1) On-campus activities Department:

Responsible for the application of tents and tables

Responsible for the preparation of volunteer badges and hats

Responsible for plastic bags (at least 30 small, 8 Large), tape, and double-sided tape preparation

Responsible for venue application

(2) Publicity Department:

Responsible for the production of exhibition boards

Responsible for the preparation of promotional pages, bookmarks, slogans, cards, and sticky notes

(3) News and Network Department:

Responsible for the preparation of cameras

9. Form of activities:

(1) Bell Tower Square: Promotion on display boards, handing out leaflets, giving away small bookmarks, writing thoughts on post-it notes and pasting them on display boards, etc. form, and is also responsible for promoting our themes and ideas to past classmates.

(2) Restaurant: Place the cards we made in a suitable and conspicuous place in the restaurant to enhance everyone's awareness of food conservation.

(3) Water room: Post slogans in appropriate and conspicuous places on the second floor of the water room and No. 1 restaurant to enhance students’ awareness of water conservation.

(4) Places on campus where students frequently move and there is garbage: lead volunteers to pick up garbage together, and let everyone build awareness of environmental protection through personal experience.

(5) Dormitory: Post a leaflet in the dormitory so that as many students as possible can see it,

to enhance everyone's awareness of "diligence and thrift".
