Choose whether to use pet or solid wood particles to make high-gloss board.

1. The substrate used for PET board and high-gloss board is mainly MDF, but it can also be multilayer board and particleboard. In contrast, the surface smoothness of medium density fiberboard is higher than that of solid wood multilayer board and particleboard, so medium density fiberboard is a common substrate for PET and high gloss board.

2. From the point of view of environmental protection, the density board is mostly E 1 grade material, and there is less E0 grade in the market, so the environmental protection of using density board as substrate is worse than that of solid wood multilayer board and particleboard substrate.

3. In terms of flatness, the flatness of PET board is better than that of high gloss board, mainly because the flatness of high gloss board mainly depends on the flatness of the board. If the flatness of the substrate used for the high-gloss board is not high, the surface will collapse in the later stage. From the side, there will be orange peel on the high-gloss board, which is mainly aimed at high-gloss board products, and matte products have low requirements on the flatness of the substrate.

4. In terms of price, the background colors of PET board and high-gloss board are decorative paper, and the price of PET board is about tens of yuan higher than that of high-gloss board. Of course, if the high-gloss board is covered with wood veneer, the price of the board depends on the price of the wood veneer itself.
