Capital construction plan (capital construction plan)

The basic structural drawing reflects the arrangement and structure of longitudinal and transverse members of the hull, and is one of the structural drawings of the whole ship. Mainly includes:

1. Central longitudinal plan structure diagram: the size and spacing of ribs, the size of deck longitudinal beams, the size of various pillars, the thickness of longitudinal bulkheads and the size of reinforcing ribs on them, the height of superstructure, the thickness of plates and the size of reinforcing ribs are all indicated on the plan.

2. Floor plan of each deck: the thickness of deck plate, the size and spacing of deck longitudinal beams, the size of cross beams, the size of side angles and the position and size of openings are all indicated on the floor plan.

The deck is welded by steel plates, and the long sides of the steel plates face the captain's direction, end to end and parallel to the longitudinal center line of the ship. Deck side plates are arranged in broken lines along the sides because they must maintain a certain width. It can also be horizontally arranged between the large openings and at both ends.

3. Construction plan of the inner bottom: the thickness of the inner bottom plate and the inner bottom plate, the size of the bilge elbow plate, the size of the longitudinal bone of the inner bottom and the bottom of the ship, the thickness and size of the rib plate, and the thickness and size of the middle truss and the side truss are all marked on the plan.
