Regulations of Baicheng Municipality on Promoting Civilized Behavior

Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to cultivate and practice socialist core values, guide and carry forward civilized behavior, and improve the civilized quality of citizens and the level of urban and rural civilization, these Regulations are formulated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and in light of the actual situation of this Municipality. Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to the activities of promoting civilized behavior within the administrative area of this Municipality. Article 3 The term "civilized behavior" as mentioned in these Regulations refers to the behavior of observing the provisions of the Constitution, laws and regulations, practicing socialist core values, meeting the requirements of socialist morality, maintaining public order and good customs, leading social customs and promoting social civilization and progress. Article 4 The promotion of civilized behavior shall be organized and implemented by the government, with all parties responsible for the division of labor and the participation of the whole society, so as to ensure the continuous and effective development of the promotion of civilized behavior. Article 5 The people's governments of cities and counties (cities, districts) shall incorporate the promotion of civilized behavior into the national economic and social development plan, define the work objectives, tasks and requirements, formulate relevant policies and measures, and guarantee the funds. (five) civilized dining, pay attention to table manners, do not waste food;

(6) Advocating science, opposing feudal superstitious activities and consciously resisting cults;

(seven) civilized sacrifices, green sacrifices, civilized weddings and other matters;

(eight) the healthy development of civilization or participation in festivals;

(nine) actively participate in the "double support" and military, police and civilian construction activities, care and respect for heroes, martyrs, soldiers and their families. Eleventh to encourage the following civilized behavior:

(1) Caring for empty nesters, left-behind children, minor children of disabled people and minor children of migrant workers;

(2) It is consistent with its own ability;
