In order to effectively prevent and contain the occurrence of forest fires, effectively protect forest resources and ecological environment, and protect people's lives Property safety, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations such as the Forest Law of the People's Republic of China, Forest Fire Prevention Regulations, and Guangdong Province Forest Fire Prevention Regulations, a forest fire ban in our region has been issued.

1. Fire ban time: from the date of release to April 30, 2023.

2. Fire prohibition area: all woodlands in the area and within 30 meters from the edge of the woodlands.

3. During the fire ban period and within the scope of the fire ban, the following wild fire behaviors are prohibited:

Going to graves and burning paper, burning incense and lighting candles, etc.;

Set off fireworks Firecrackers, sky lanterns, etc.;

Carry flammable and explosive items;

Smoking, picnics, barbecues, and fires for warmth;

Burn wasps, smoked snakes, rats, and Mountain hunting;

Burning mountains, burning debris, burning ash to accumulate fertilizer, burning wasteland and burning charcoal, or burning grass, sugarcane leaves, straw, orchard grass, etc.;

Others that can easily cause forest fires fire behavior.

4. Vehicles and persons entering the forest fire prevention area should voluntarily accept registration and inspection at the temporary forest fire prevention inspection station, and no unit or individual may refuse or obstruct it.

5. Anyone who violates this fire ban shall be punished by the public security organs in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China"; those suspected of committing a crime shall be transferred to the judicial organs for handling according to law.

Any unit or individual who discovers illegal fire use or forest fires should immediately report to the public security organs or relevant departments: 110 or 12119.
