Article 1: In order to strengthen the management of social words and promote the standardization of social words, these regulations are formulated in accordance with relevant national regulations and in combination with the actual situation of our region. Each administrative office, city, county (district) language working committee is responsible for the management of social vocabulary within their respective administrative regions.

The daily work of the Language and Writing Working Committee is handled by its subordinate offices. The office is located in the education administrative department of the people's government at or above the county level.

Press and publication, radio and television, industrial and commercial administration, education, civil affairs, commerce, transportation, urban construction, culture and other departments should do a good job in the management of social words within the scope of their respective responsibilities. Article 5 The responsibilities of the language work committees at all levels are:

(1) Promote and implement laws, regulations, rules and policies related to language work;

(3) Organize and supervise relevant departments to inspect the implementation of the standardization of social use;

(1) Words used in official documents, notices, certificates, seals, tickets, plaques, slogans and words used for prizes such as banners, certificates, trophies;

(2) Words used in publications;

(3) Words used on film and television screens;

(4) Computer coding;

(9) Other words used for the public. Article 7 Social characters shall comply with the following national standards:

(1) Chinese characters shall be based on the "First Batch of Variant Character Collection List" published by the state in 1955 and the "Simplified Chinese Characters" published in 1986. "General List of Chinese Characters", the "General List of Modern Chinese Characters" published in 1988 and other relevant regulations shall prevail;

(2) The glyphs of printed Chinese characters shall be based on the "General List of Modern Chinese Characters" published by the country in 1988. "Modern Chinese Common Character List" shall prevail;

(1) Standard, neat and easy to identify;

(4) Self-created simplified characters and typos.

Article 10 Traditional Chinese characters and variant characters may be used or retained under any of the following circumstances:

(1) Organized and published ancient books;

(2) Cultural relics and historic sites;

(3) Ink writings of historical celebrities, deceased cultural celebrities, and revolutionary martyrs;

(4) Calligraphy works of art;

(5) Time-honored brands established before the founding of the People’s Republic of China Plaques of enterprises and shops;

(6) Trademarks registered before the implementation of these regulations;

(7) Variants in surnames;

(8) Classic Those approved by the Autonomous Region Language and Writing Working Committee, and others that really need to be used or retained.

Traditional Chinese characters and variant characters on nationally unified plaques such as Xinhua Bookstore and banks will be handled uniformly by the state. All fines shall be turned over to the finance department at the same level. Article 13 If the parties concerned are dissatisfied with the administrative penalty decision, they have the right to apply for administrative reconsideration or initiate litigation in accordance with the law.
