1. The applicant is a citizen of China with full civil capacity.

2. Applicants and employees must have a certain educational level (graduated from junior high school or above) and have a certain computer operation ability.

3. Have a certain economic ability, be able to bear the equipment deposit (5,000 yuan) stipulated by Tibet Sports Lottery Center, and be able to bear the redemption of outlets, turnover of sales funds and operational risks.

4. Have the conditions and ability to operate and manage outlets independently.

5. The same applicant can only apply for operating a sports lottery sales outlet, and the owners of existing sports lottery sales outlets shall not participate in the application.

6. The newly-added outlets shall bear the production expenses of store signboards and trend charts, and the style standard shall be subject to the sample drawings provided by Changdu Sports Lottery Sales Management Department.
