First, enter the hospital.

1. Please follow the entrance and exit designated by the hospital.

2. People entering the hospital should always wear masks correctly, do a good job of personal protection, and truthfully inform the itinerary and contact history. At the same time, please take the initiative to show the health pass code, cooperate with the staff to do a good job in temperature monitoring, epidemiological history inquiry and pre-inspection and triage, and register those who have not been vaccinated with COVID-19 vaccine.

3. Patients with fever or patients from high-risk areas or with yellow or red health codes should go directly to the fever clinic.

Second, the outpatient information

1. Please keep a distance of more than 1 m when you go to see a doctor, get medicine, pay fees and go through the admission formalities, and sit at intervals.

2. When outpatients see a doctor, please actively cooperate with doctors to make epidemiological investigation, and only 1 family members can accompany them.

3. Please consciously cooperate with the implementation of "one doctor, one patient and one consulting room" when seeing a doctor.

Three. Instructions for inpatients and caregivers

1. Visits are prohibited during hospitalization, and telephone or video visits are encouraged.

2. Both inpatients and caregivers need to do nucleic acid testing.

3. Strictly implement the system of "one patient and one escort", and require that the number of escorts be fixed at 1 person, and that they must have no fever, have never been to the middle and high risk area within 14 days, and have no contact history with overseas personnel or personnel in the middle and high risk area. The escort should bring his ID card to the nurse station in time for screening and information registration, and handle the Escort Certificate. The accompanying staff should achieve "one person, one card and one certificate" and the ward should be strictly controlled for 24 hours. The escort enters the ward with the escort card and ID card, and is not allowed to enter without a license.

4. The accompanying personnel are not allowed to leave the hospital, gather and chat or visit other wards at will. When necessary, you must show your escort certificate, ID card and health code when you return to the escort, and truthfully inform them of their itinerary and contact history.

5. It is forbidden for any catering, express delivery and food delivery personnel to enter the inpatient ward. After the food is delivered to the door of the ward, it is taken away by the accompanying staff.
