All units should fully understand the new situation faced by highway work in our section, take "smoothness, safety and high quality" as the overall goal, seize the opportunity, work hard, firmly establish the scientific concept of maintenance, highlight the basic position of highway maintenance, strengthen the weak links, and do a good job in highway maintenance. According to the idea of "key maintenance according to season, meticulous maintenance of trunk lines, sudden maintenance of water-damaged sections, scientific maintenance of diseased sections, and no maintenance of sections to be built", we will focus on "controlling highway diseases, improving maintenance safety projects, doing well the masonry and maintenance of bridges and culverts and structures, doing well the prevention and control of water damage, restoring pavement appearance and promoting the overall road condition recovery". Through the standardized maintenance of g3 12 line (k.6~k2060) and Dinglong Road (K0 ~ K73.4), the roads in our section are smooth and comfortable. The subgrade boundary line is straight and the slope surface is smooth; Bridges and culverts, drainage facilities are unblocked, and structures are intact; Signs and markings are complete, standardized and eye-catching; New progress has been made in standardization, standardization, greening and beautification of maintenance stations. In addition, the road quality of the whole section of the highway has been steadily improved, the road capacity and appearance have been significantly improved, and the quality and level of highway maintenance have been significantly improved.

Five, the roadbed edge line is clear, the soil slope is clean and comfortable, and the shoulder wall, retaining wall, slope protection, bank protection and other structures are in good condition. It is required to reach the five elements of pavement, subgrade, sand pile, sign and street tree.

Six, bridges, tunnels, bridges (culverts) without jumping, components in good condition, smooth drainage; Facilities along the line (signs, markings, milestones and safety facilities) are in good condition, and the setting position and color meet the national standards.

3. Frosting treatment: Frosting is one of the common diseases in highway maintenance, and it is also a major disease that needs to be treated in the "standardized" highway maintenance activities in the spring melting period. All units should proceed from the overall situation, attach great importance to it and fully understand the negative impact that spring highway diseases may bring to the highway industry. In accordance with the requirements of "people-oriented, ensuring smooth flow", they should start work as early as possible, adjust measures to local conditions, and deal with it in strict accordance with the Measures for Prevention and Control of Highway Frost Boiling in Gansu Province formulated by the Provincial Bureau. In dealing with it, they should pay attention to "two stresses" (implementation and quality) and "three stresses" (early detection, early arrangement and early treatment), and must adhere to the principle of "ensuring safety first, then treatment" and strictly control it.

4. Oil repair: Oil repair is an important measure to prolong the service life of oil and improve the quality of road conditions. All units should operate in strict accordance with the Administrative Measures for Repairing Maintenance Roads in Gansu Province, resolutely put an end to the phenomenon of "damage before repair and nonstandard after repair", overcome the habit of "digging holes everywhere and repairing slowly", strictly control the procedures of "marking, slotting, cleaning the bottom, spreading oil and compacting", and use bad repair according to the principle of repairing early.

5. Maintenance project: The maintenance management centers of Lintao section, Weiyuan section and high-grade highway should strengthen the management of the maintenance project arranged this year, pay attention to quality, progress, management, safety and integrity, strictly control the "quality, materials, technology and process acceptance", and adopt scientific means such as mechanized construction, inspection by professional institutions and inspection and evaluation by inspection vehicles to comprehensively carry out various projects.

6. Security engineering: All units should focus on the maintenance and renovation of completed security facilities on the basis of earnestly summing up the maintenance experience of security facilities and following the principle of "emphasizing key points, making overall arrangements, emphasizing key points and strengthening maintenance". Further improve all kinds of signs and signs on high-grade highways and national and provincial trunk highways, and gradually standardize and unify the mileage marks and pile numbers of national and provincial trunk highways. Maintenance of bridges, culverts and protective structures: All units should combine the activities of "Bridge Maintenance Quality Year", adhere to the principle of "prevention first, prevention is more important than grabbing", implement the responsibility system for bridge maintenance management, take the daily maintenance of bridges as one of the important contents of inspection and assessment, completely change the wrong concept of "emphasizing roads over bridges" in maintenance management, resolutely put an end to the phenomenon of "only maintaining roads without bridges", and actively carry out waterproof and drainage projects for all bridges and tunnels in the maintenance section. Strive to make highway maintenance workers truly establish the concept of full life cycle and all-round maintenance through special rectification and maintenance activities, understand the causes of various subgrade diseases, enhance the awareness of highway preventive maintenance, and lay a solid foundation for planned and targeted preventive maintenance in the future. At the same time, through special rectification activities, efforts will be made to eliminate the hidden danger of water damage caused by untimely maintenance, so that the drainage of full-section tunnels and culverts of highway bridges is smooth, the protective structure is intact, the subgrade is stable and the driving is safe.

8. Water disaster prevention: All units should adhere to the principle of "prevention first, combining prevention with elimination, and prevention is more important than robbery" and actively do a good job in water disaster prevention and emergency response. Technical competition: Technical competition is one of the effective ways to improve the professional skills of highway maintenance workers, and it is also an important means to improve the overall quality of highway maintenance teams and their ability to deal with emergencies. All units should take the operation skill competition of maintenance machinery as the carrier, improve the operation level of maintenance machinery and the utilization rate of maintenance machinery and equipment, and cultivate a professional maintenance team with multi-functions in skills, technology and operation. The transformation from traditional operation mode to modern operation mode gradually changes the maintenance operation mode from manual operation of "shovel and sweep" to mechanization, from "marathon" disease treatment to rapid response, and from "manpower-intensive maintenance mode" to technology-intensive maintenance mode.
