The "three bases" are the three major hydrogen energy supply guarantee bases in northern Henan, northwestern Henan and central and southern Henan, giving full play to the advantages of rich industrial by-product hydrogen resources, building three major hydrogen energy supply bases in northern Henan, northwestern Henan and central and southern Henan, exploring green hydrogen production and supply methods and expanding green hydrogen supply channels.
