2. Operators shall not unilaterally make provisions that are unfair to consumers.

Operators shall not make unfair and unreasonable provisions to consumers in the form of format contracts, notices, statements, store notices, etc. , or reduce or exempt its civil liability for harming the legitimate rights and interests of consumers.

Format contracts, notices, reports, store notices, etc. If it contains the contents listed in the preceding paragraph, its contents are invalid.

3, the operator's three guarantees responsibility

Where a business operator provides goods or services and undertakes warranty, replacement, refund or other responsibilities in accordance with state regulations or agreements with consumers, it shall perform them in accordance with state regulations or agreements, and shall not deliberately delay or unreasonably refuse.
