1. Guiding ideology

Establish and improve the health education organization network, organize various departments, units (enterprises), schools, hospitals, streets (communities) and news media to carry out various Form health education and health promotion activities, vigorously popularize health science knowledge, continuously enhance residents’ health awareness, and develop good hygiene habits, so that the residents’ health knowledge awareness rate reaches more than 80%, and various health education indicators meet the health county assessment of Anhui Province standard.

2. Responsibilities and tasks

(1) Each unit has the same responsibilities.

2. Each unit sets up a health education column, subscribes to relevant health education newspapers and magazines, and carries out various forms of health education activities.

(2) Responsibilities of relevant units.

1. County Center for Disease Control and Prevention:

2. County Health Care Office:

(1) Responsible for organizing relevant units to supervise the implementation of the health education work plan, so that the inspections are planned, evaluated and reported .

(2) Responsible for formulating tobacco control regulations, planning to create smoke-free units, and carrying out selection activities for the creation of smoke-free units.

(3) Cooperate with the Market Bureau, Urban Management Bureau, Youth League County Committee and other relevant departments to strengthen tobacco advertising management and strive to achieve no tobacco advertising in the county. Carry out various forms of smoking control propaganda, set up no-smoking signs in public places such as stations and docks, and carry out public service advertisements on no-smoking.

3. County Education Bureau:

(1) Responsible for the organization, implementation, supervision and inspection of school health education work.

(2) The school has a health education organization and a principal in charge. Health education work has plans, measures, and summaries. Health education archives, communication material manuscripts, training and activity records, etc. are kept intact and managed in a standardized manner.

(3) The school has a fixed health education window, with content updated every month.

(4) The health education course opening rate is 100%, and there are teaching materials, lesson plans, class hours and assessments.

(5) All schools in Hecheng carry out various forms of health education activities (including lectures, elective courses, consultations, competitions, health blackboard competitions, tobacco control activities, health weeks, health education theme class activities, etc.) . Formulate health education emergency plans to prevent accidental injuries and other public health emergencies, and formulate relevant public health regulations such as controlling smoking, not drinking, and preventing accidental injuries. 4. County Health and Family Planning Commission:

5. County radio stations and county network information centers:

6. County Market Bureau:

7. County Party Committee Propaganda Department, County Urban Management Bureau, County Transportation Bureau, Liyang Town:

3. Work steps

(5) Strengthen supervision and report regularly.
