1. Application

Disabled persons with certificates can register and apply after logging in through the information service platform of the All-China Disabled Persons' Federation or the "Inter-provincial General Office" area of the national and provincial government service platforms, or they can directly go to the disabled persons' Federation at the county level where they live or the disabled affairs service window of the local government service center, and apply for it with the household registration certificate or new household registration book issued by the public security organ.

III. Review

After the county-level disabled persons' federation has passed the review, a new disabled person's card will be printed.

if the county-level disabled persons' Federation in the place where they move in thinks that the disability status of the certified disabled persons has obviously changed, and the disability category/grade is inconsistent with the disabled persons' card, it may require the applicant to make a disability assessment within a specified time.

IV. Issuance

According to the wishes of the applicant, the Disabled Persons' Federation at the county level where the household registration is located will mail the disabled person's card to the place designated by the applicant.
