Group work. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to group work and made arrangements for the reform and innovation of group organizations. Party constitution's amendment lists "sticking to the correct direction and improving people's work skills" as one of the basic requirements of Party building. This provides a fundamental guide for doing a good job in group work under the new situation.
