Cultural inspection team

The cultural inspection brigade is responsible for the administrative supervision and inspection of cultural management, public management and social organizations, state institutions and state administrative institutions.

The cultural inspection brigade is generally managed by the local cultural bureau. The Provincial Department of Culture is subordinate to the Cultural Inspection Detachment.

According to Article 8 of the Interim Measures for Cultural Market Inspection of the Ministry of Culture, cultural market inspectors should master the laws, regulations and rules of the state on cultural market management, be familiar with the professional knowledge of cultural market management, and obtain post qualifications through on-the-job training. The training content and assessment criteria shall be determined by the Ministry of Culture.

Ninth cultural market inspection agencies and inspectors in performing their duties:

(a) routine inspection of cultural business units;

(two) according to the inspection and the masses report, exposure, to investigate the relevant cultural business units and cultural business activities;

(3) Take necessary measures such as sealing up and detaining tools, equipment and illegal articles involved in illegal business activities in accordance with the provisions of laws, administrative regulations or local regulations, or jointly with relevant administrative departments;

Tenth cultural market inspection institutions and inspectors shall bear the obligations when performing their duties:

(a) to perform official duties in strict accordance with the procedures prescribed by national laws and regulations;

(two) to keep confidential the personnel who report and expose illegal acts and the documents and materials consulted and copied;

(three) enforce the law impartially, honest and clean;

(four) responsible for the consequences of dereliction of duty in the performance of official duties.

Eleventh cultural market inspectors shall abide by the following disciplines in their work:

(a) shall not participate in cultural business activities in any form;

(two) shall not take advantage of their functions and powers or work, to ask for money or property from business units;

(three) shall not take measures in violation of national laws in the work;

(four) shall not protect or shield the operators under investigation;

(five) shall not forge, tamper with, conceal, destroy or spread evidence;

(six) shall not disclose the case and inspection activities.
