Experience of social practice of library volunteer librarian

with the development of society, culture comes first, and students' knowledge is very important. As a library that spreads culture and provides spiritual food for the masses, it is an important knowledge storage place in society. On the afternoon of July 24th, the volunteer manager of Dongkeng Town College Students' Social Summer Practice Library volunteered to manage the Dongkeng Branch of Dongguan Library. Our 26 volunteers were on duty in groups and served the masses enthusiastically.

Every day's work is to put newspapers and magazines together, and fill in the records of newspapers and magazines neatly. It takes wisdom and patience to classify many books properly. Volunteers learn while practicing, not afraid of triviality, and classify thousands of books into categories to facilitate the masses to find them. As voluntary administrators, we serve the masses voluntarily, "serving the masses and enriching ourselves".

The main purpose is to facilitate the masses and maintain a good reading environment.

we are both service providers and service users. To serve the masses as a service provider in the library at a specific time every week, including managing the reading environment, borrowing books, assisting in sorting out books and periodicals, etc. Usually, as a reader, I enjoy the service in the library, and also set an example for other students to be civilized readers and pay attention to their opinions and demands.

Book management is tedious and sacred. We manage books and spread culture and ideas. As a volunteer, I love the work of managing books. In the work, the volunteer librarian group works with full enthusiasm and consistently follows the purpose of serving the masses with high efficiency, omnibearing, accuracy and effectiveness. The management should be orderly and orderly, which plays an indispensable role in maintaining a good reading environment and making all books and materials in the library used by the masses to the maximum extent.

We manage books and serve people. The volunteer group of library librarians is enthusiastic about serving teachers and students and serving the masses wholeheartedly.
