The Chongqing Liangjiang New Area (Free Trade Zone) People's Court launched a joint party-building activity in the youth hall "Studying the 20th National Congress·Intellectual Property and Legal Affairs". Shi Mou, Minister of the United Front Work Department of Liangjiang New Area, heads of the Dazhulin Street Department of Liangjiang New Area and representatives of the Chamber of Commerce attended the symposium. Cao Mou, member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President of the Liangjiang New Area (Free Trade Zone) Court, presided over the event.

At the symposium, Su Hui, organizational member of the Party Working Committee of Dazhulin Street, Liangjiang New District, explained and shared how party building leads the construction of the rule of law and promotes social governance. Officers from the Political Department of the Liangjiang New Area (Free Trade Zone) Court reported on the progress of the court's party-building and joint-building work: first, the precise docking of party building leadership; second, the expansion of a new pattern of social governance; and third, the joint cultivation of legal talents. In the sharing and exchange session, young police representatives from the Liangjiang New Area (Free Trade Zone) Court shared their views on learning the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and intellectual property trials. Young representatives from chambers of commerce and enterprises combined their own businesses to share their experience in party building, joint building, and intellectual property risks. They talked freely about prevention, technological innovation incentives, artificial intelligence and other aspects, and the atmosphere was warm.

Cao responded to the questions raised by chambers of commerce and business representatives one by one, and introduced that the Liangjiang New Area (Free Trade Zone) Court’s “Judicial Empowerment for Free Trade” working mechanism will further provide enterprises with high-quality Judicial services.
