National military standards

The national military standard is also called: military secrecy qualification certificate. Certification registration is divided into level 1 and level 2. Also known as the three certificates of soldiers. Abbreviation: GJB.

The three certificates are: the confidentiality qualification certification of weapons and equipment research and production units; License for scientific research and production of weapons and equipment; Qualification certification of equipment contractors.

Second, what are the conditions for military standard certification?

1. The company has been established for more than 3 years and is an enterprise legal person or institution legal person registered in People's Republic of China (PRC).

2. It has a fixed and compliant scientific research, production and office space, meets the relevant national security and confidentiality requirements, and has a confidential studio;

3, undertake or intend to undertake classified weapons and equipment research and production projects or products;

4. No leakage occurred within one year;

5. No illegal acquisition or possession of state secrets or other serious illegal acts;

6. Foreign businessmen (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) are not allowed to invest and employ foreign personnel, unless there are special provisions of the state;

7. Personnel undertaking the scientific research and production of classified weapons and equipment shall have People's Republic of China (PRC) nationality, live in People's Republic of China (PRC) and have no marriage relationship with overseas personnel (including Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan personnel);

8. Normal operation of the enterprise.

Third, the process of national military standard certification?

1. Identification of confidentiality: Enterprises and institutions that meet the requirements for applying for military confidentiality shall issue a proposal form for the level of confidentiality qualification certification to relevant departments, including the acceptance point of military qualification examination application, military industrial group companies, general contracting units of projects or relevant departments as stipulated by laws and regulations.

2. Construction of confidentiality system: According to regulations, a confidentiality committee should be set up within the unit to carry out the construction of various confidentiality systems within the unit.

3. Construction of confidential room: according to the proposal table of confidential qualification certification level, the key departments and parts of confidentiality shall be built and confidential files shall be established.

4. Submit an application: submit an application form and related materials to the national or provincial secrecy administrative department, and the military secrecy qualification certification committee will organize a written review.

5. Simulated evaluation: According to the evaluation contents, conduct self-examination and simulated evaluation within the company, and make full preparations for the on-site evaluation organized by experts of the secrecy administrative unit.

6. On-site review: After the written review is passed, prepare for the on-site review organized by the confidentiality administrative department and the examination and approval department. After the on-site review is passed. The Military Confidentiality Qualification Certification Committee shall make a decision on whether to approve or not, and submit the relevant materials of the applicant to the National Military Confidentiality Qualification Certification Committee for the record, and issue the Confidentiality Qualification Certificate for Scientific Research and Production Units of Weapons and Equipment.
