1. Goods preparation: morning check basket (body temperature gun, mercury thermometer (standby), cotton swab, flashlight, tongue depressor, hand-washing disinfectant, disinfectant wipes, triage card), health care work clothes, children's daily health monitoring table, and drug feeding registration form.

2.gfd: a special person, wearing health clothes, smiling warmly, maintaining a good mental state, sitting at the morning check-up table, doing:

At first glance (face, mouth, skin, mental state)

The second touch (with or without fever)

Three questions (diet, sleep quality, defecation, recent medical history)

Check (whether there are dangerous goods in your pockets or hands)

3. Medication: Parents are encouraged to take medicine by themselves. In special circumstances, we need assistance. Parents must show the hospital prescription, prepare the dosage of this medicine by themselves, register and sign for confirmation. Health care doctors need to check and confirm the drugs again.

4. Special case handling:

(1) If it happens on the spot, the class teacher should be informed, and the class teacher should immediately contact the parents to confirm and register the treatment plan.

(2) During the period of infectious diseases, children with abnormal body temperature need to set up a secondary triage area, which will be cared for by special personnel to reconfirm their body temperature. Only when everything is normal can you enter the class. If there is any abnormality, you should immediately notify and report to your parents.
