According to the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Public Security Administration Punishment Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), the Regulations on the Safety Management of Civil Explosives and the Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals, we hereby notify you as follows:

1. 2. 3. No unit or individual may produce, manage or use dangerous chemicals prohibited by the state.

Four, where guns, ammunition, explosives and toxic and explosive dangerous chemicals are stolen, robbed or lost, it shall promptly report to the local public security organ; Failing to report in time, the legal responsibilities of relevant responsible units and personnel shall be investigated according to law.
