(4) Procurement and acceptance
In order to prevent counterfeit and inferior drugs from entering our store, our store has focused on strengthening the qualification examination of suppliers' sales staff, the legality examination of purchased drugs, contract management and rectification reports. The first is the selection and review of suppliers, which clearly stipulates that suppliers must be qualified and qualified. License? Fully formal production enterprises and operating enterprises purchase goods, followed by careful examination of the legitimacy and quality reliability of drugs, and strict examination of purchased drugs and imported drugs in accordance with the requirements and regulations of GSP. Focus on reviewing the first camp varieties. Signing a procurement contract in strict accordance with the requirements, with clear quality terms and a product certificate attached to the drug; Drug packaging meets relevant regulations and cargo transportation requirements; All the drugs purchased have legal bills, and the records of drug purchase are established according to the regulations, so that the tickets, accounts and goods are consistent.
In the process of drug quality acceptance, inspectors inspected the purchased drugs batch by batch according to the legal standards and the quality clauses agreed in the contract, and inspected the packaging, labels, instructions, product certificate and appearance quality of drugs one by one according to the sampling principle stipulated in the Quality Management System for Drug Acceptance. The imported drugs carefully checked the copies of the Registration Certificate of Imported Drugs and the Inspection Report of Imported Drugs, as well as the Chinese instructions stamped with the original seal of the supplier's quality management agency, and accepted the first camp. The drug quality acceptance record shall be established according to GSP regulations, and the record shall be complete, detailed and standardized.
(5) Display and storage
The quality and packaging of drugs displayed in the store meet the requirements, and they are displayed according to their uses. Prescription drugs and over-the-counter drugs, internal drugs and external drugs, drugs and non-drugs are displayed and stored separately as required. The dismantled drugs are stored at the dismantling counter, with the original packaging and labels kept, and the dismantling records are detailed. Regularly inspect and maintain the drugs on display every month, record the quality inspection in detail, and regularly inspect and maintain the instruments and equipment used for drug maintenance.
(6) Sales and service
In the sales work, pharmacies engage in pharmaceutical business activities in strict accordance with the legal mode and scope of operation, and hang pharmaceutical business licenses, business licenses and professional certification materials as required. In the process of drug sales, the performance, use, contraindications, taking methods and other precautions of drugs are correctly introduced to customers in strict accordance with the instructions. Tools for unpacking drugs and packaging bags are clean and hygienic. Pharmacists are responsible for consulting over-the-counter drug use services, wearing uniform clothes and badges during working hours. There are service conventions, supervision telephones and customer complaints in the business room, and the opinions reflected by customers are handled and recorded in time according to procedures. For the convenience of customers, a 24-hour service system is implemented. According to the quality management system, check and record the implementation of the quality management system every quarter, formulate improvement measures for existing problems and rectify them in time. There has never been a drug quality accident in the sales and service of pharmacies.

Third, the main problems and corrective measures
In order to better implement GSP, our store conducted a comprehensive self-examination through reporting, field visits, consulting materials, investigation and inquiry. Through self-examination, we think that it has basically reached the requirements of "Quality Management Standards for Pharmaceutical Trading" and its implementation rules, but there are still gaps in some aspects: (for example, pharmacy staff are not aware of their business and the service quality is not standardized enough).
In view of the above problems, our store has carried out serious analysis and research, and formulated measures to require all post personnel to strengthen their awareness of business learning, strive to master various business knowledge in a short time, and strive to improve service quality. At the same time, we will take this GSP certification as an opportunity to further enhance the awareness of quality management, intensify quality management, constantly strengthen and improve the hardware construction and software management of stores, and strive to gradually modernize, standardize and institutionalize quality management to ensure the drug safety of the general public.
