(3) In the process of construction, weak parts and links should be controlled, especially equipment installation and daily operation. It is not allowed to use any equipment whose performance does not meet the safety requirements.

(4) The replacement of protective equipment must be approved by the safety director of the project department. After the change, there should be corresponding effective protection measures. After the operation, it should be restored according to the original standard, and all written materials should be kept by the safety director of the project department.

⑤ Make necessary and reasonable investment in safety production facilities. Important labor protection articles must be purchased from designated manufacturers.

⑥ Analyze the safety difficulties and determine the safety management difficulties. Before the start of each major construction stage, analyze the construction conditions, characteristics and methods of this stage, predict the construction safety difficulties and hidden dangers, and determine the management points and pre-control measures. In the structural construction stage, safety focuses on:

(5) Key points of safety management

(1) Safety protection and removal of scaffolding.

1. The foundation of the shelf must be leveled. Compaction and drainage measures. In case a department can't ram it.

3. The vertical pole spacing should not be too large (150cm), the joints of adjacent bars are not in the same step, and the vertical deviation is not greater than 1/200 of the frame height.

4. Spacing of main rail: the structure is not more than 120cm, and the decoration is not more than 180cm. Adjacent rods and internal and external leather rods shall not be connected in the same span. The vertical and horizontal deviation of each side of the shelf is not greater than 10cm.

5. Horizontal spacing of putlog: the structure is not more than 120cm, and the decoration is not more than 150cm. When the wrench is not placed, the small bar shall not be completely removed, and every step must be kept. The horizontal spacing between the structure and the decoration shelf is not more than 150 and 300cm respectively. The putlog to be dismantled should be staggered up and down.

6. Fasteners must be used for steel pipe scaffolding, and butt fasteners must be used for steel pipe joints. Lapping is not allowed. At the intersection of scaffold bars, the end protruding from the fastener should be greater than 10cm to prevent slippage.

7. The spacing between the inner and outer poles of the shelf width shall not be greater than 120cm. Ceiling must be tight, not more than 20cm away from the wall, lap not less than 20cm, probe not more than 15cm. If steel scaffolding is used, it must be taken.

2. When the formwork and scaffold are dismantled, there shall be no other personnel operating below, and there shall be special personnel for supervision.

3. After the formwork is removed, the temporary stacking place shall be not less than 1m from the floor edge and the stacking height shall not exceed1m.. It is forbidden to pile up any dismantled objects on the floor edge, hole and scaffold.

(6) Safety protection of electricity consumption on the construction site

(1) The cable directly laid outdoors should be less than 0.6m in depth, and fine sand with a thickness of not less than 50mm should be evenly laid on the top and bottom of the cable, and then covered with hard protective layers such as bricks.

(2) When cables pass through buildings, structures, places vulnerable to mechanical damage and 2 m from the ground, protective sleeves must be set. When the power cable of fixed machinery is laid along the ground, it should be buried through the pipeline.

(3) In-door lines shall be protected by wearing pipes, and the distance from the ground shall be no less than 2.5 m, and rainproof measures shall be taken.

(4) The power distribution system is divided into three levels: general distribution box, distribution box and switch box. Power distribution box and lighting distribution box should be set separately. If placed in the same distribution box, the power and lighting circuits should be set separately.

⑤ Two-level leakage protection should be implemented for electrical equipment on the construction site, that is, leakage protectors should be set in the main distribution box and distribution box.

⑥ The electric construction machinery, hand-held electric tools and safety devices on the construction site must conform to the corresponding national standards, professional standards and safety technical regulations, and should have product certificates and operating instructions.

All exposed conductive parts of electrical equipment shall be protected and grounded. The protective grounding wire of the equipment generating vibration shall be no less than two connection points.

Today, in addition to protective grounding, tower cranes, parallel frames and other equipment should also be grounded repeatedly according to regulations, and ensure the electrical connection between the metal structural frames of the equipment.

In the process of construction, we should consciously form environmental awareness, create a good production and working environment, and minimize the environmental pollution caused by construction.

(2) Implementation responsibility

(1) The site manager is the first person in charge of construction management, and the project engineering management department makes a civilized construction plan;

(3) Adhere to the on-site fire approval system, and welders should have fire-fighting equipment.

(4) The use of flammable, explosive and toxic substances should be carried out according to regulations, and designated personnel should set up inventory classification management, and open flame operation should be separated from flammable and explosive substances. After the operation, the site should be inspected.
