Article 26 If it is necessary to monitor and investigate the reported major cross-regional cases, the 1 10 alarm service desk will report the situation to the public security organ at a higher level or notify the public security organ in the relevant area as appropriate, and at the same time direct the local police to handle it. After receiving the instructions from the public security organ at the higher level or the notification from the public security organ at the place where the case occurred, the public security organ in the relevant area shall promptly implement relevant seizure measures according to the work plan, provide necessary assistance, and keep in touch with the public security organ at the place where the case occurred or the local public security organ 1 10 alarm service desk at any time. Thirtieth public security organs should actively participate in urban emergency response under the unified leadership of the government, cooperate with relevant departments to fully perform their duties and provide services to the society. Chapter V Acceptance of Complaints Article 34 1 10 The scope of complaints accepted by the alarm service desk: The public security organ and its people's police violate the People's Police Law of the People's Republic of China, the Regulations on Supervision of Public Security Organs and other laws and regulations and the disciplinary provisions of the people's police, illegally exercise their functions and powers, fail to perform their statutory duties, and fail to abide by various law enforcement, duty, organization, management systems and professional ethics. Chapter VI Policing Guarantee Article 44 The public security organ shall strengthen the education on the purpose, professional ethics and legal system of the staff of 1 10 alarm service, and strive to be politically firm, proficient in business, excellent in work style and fair in law enforcement. Article 47 The public security organ shall organize relevant police types and departments to carry out pre-plan drills to deal with various cases (incidents), enhance the coordination and cooperation ability among police types, and improve the rapid response ability and overall coordinated combat ability of the public security organ. Article 48 1 10 The staff of the alarm service desk must have strong political and professional qualities, be healthy, be familiar with the basic laws and regulations of public security work and common sense of public security work, have strong abilities of analysis, judgment, comprehensive induction and command and coordination, be familiar with the natural situation and police force distribution in the police receiving area, be familiar with the handling plans of various cases (incidents) and be skilled in operation1kloc.
