To celebrate the 65th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and the 3th anniversary of the promulgation and implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Regional Ethnic Autonomy, the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China specifically implemented the proposal of promoting economic and social development in ethnic areas, innovating the aid model for ethnic areas, increasing the support for ethnic areas, consolidating the material foundation for harmonious development and progress of all ethnic groups, and promoting unity and progress of all ethnic groups with the dream of * * *, prosperity and prosperity * * *.
