1. "Volunteer Library Center" archives refer to the "Volunteer Library Center" archives All text and electronic materials accumulated from the daily management, education and other work and activities organized by the "Liu Museum Center" are the most important property of the "Liu Library Center". The contents of the archives may not be disclosed or copied at will without permission.

2. "Yiguan Center" files are classified and archived by the secretariat to ensure that they are well documented.

4. All archives in the "Yi Guan Center" must be in duplicate and one copy. Keep a copy for daily reference. Important information must be kept on disk, and CDs are not allowed to be loaned out.

5. All information on various activities planned and prepared by each department and warehouse must be submitted to the Secretariat in duplicate in paper form and electronic version for archiving.

6. Each department and warehouse can borrow relevant documents from the Secretariat according to work needs, but the relevant documents are not allowed to be used for non-work purposes. The maximum loan period for all files is one week. If the return is delayed, the secretariat will give a verbal warning and criticism.

7. When various departments or warehouses need to use files, the director or team leader shall submit a written application. With the approval of the secretary-general, the files may be loaned out accompanied by the responsible secretary, and the responsible secretary shall complete the loan process.
