3. Prepositions and conjunctions with more than three letters (excluding three) should be capitalized;

4. The initials of nouns, verbs, adjectives, adverbs, pronouns and interjections;

Capitalize all words that need to be capitalized in English. Such as month, name, place name and so on.

The priority of these principles is decreasing, that is to say, if there is a contradiction between these principles, the former principle should be given priority. For example, the first word of a topic is an article or a preposition, which is not more than two letters and should be capitalized.
