How to deal with illegal guns?

The sentencing standard for the crime of illegal possession and possession of guns and ammunition is the reference point for fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention and control.

(a) illegal possession, possession of military guns or non-military guns that fire bullets with gunpowder as power shall be sentenced to one year's imprisonment.

(2) Whoever illegally holds or hides two other non-military guns powered by compressed gas shall be sentenced to criminal detention or public surveillance, with one year's imprisonment and two years' imprisonment.

(3) Illegal possession and possession of more than 20 rounds but less than 30 rounds of military bullets shall be subject to public surveillance of more than 0 rounds but less than 40 rounds, with imprisonment of 6 months for less than 0 rounds, ranging from 100 rounds, and the sentence will be increased by 1 month for each additional 3 rounds.

Article 128 of the Criminal Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) violates the laws and regulations on gun control and illegally holds or hides guns and ammunition, and shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years, criminal detention or serious control, and shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years. The object of this crime is public safety and the national gun and ammunition management system. The state prohibits any individual from illegally possessing or hiding guns and ammunition.
