Blue Sky Rescue by Blue Sky Rescue Team Fuyang Convention

The Convention on Blue Sky Rescue in Fuyang (hereinafter referred to as the Convention) is a guideline for the national blue sky rescue organization to participate in blue sky rescue activities and actions in a positive and self-disciplined manner within the framework of national laws, local regulations and the concept of blue sky, in the spirit of "humanity, fraternity and dedication", observing the overall team training of "say less and do more, silently contribute, improve themselves and be kind to others". All the collectives and individuals who participate in the Blue Sky Rescue Team are regarded as recognizing this Convention, voluntarily accepting the constraints of this Convention and the rules formulated on the basis of this Convention, and cooperating with other teammates to achieve the predetermined goals of various activities and actions of Blue Sky Rescue.

1. The Blue Sky Rescue Team was established spontaneously by volunteers who are enthusiastic about social welfare undertakings and are interested in establishing a civil emergency rescue system in China. With the continuous development of the Blue Sky Team and the improvement of its popularity, the Blue Sky Rescue Team has become a well-known domestic rescue brand, and resources from all over the country are constantly introduced, and cooperation with various social organizations and state administrative organs has also been carried out in various forms. In 214, with the relaxation of the national policy on community registration, teams from all over the blue sky also applied for registration. In view of this, in order to regulate the behavior of Blue Sky Rescue Team in activities such as registration, rescue and daily management, development and construction, this Convention is formulated.

2. This Convention was discussed and adopted by the captains of all national teams and liaison officers of all provinces to which Blue Sky Rescue belongs, and signed collectively at the first national captain meeting of Blue Sky Rescue.

Third, the blue sky rescue aims at natural disaster rescue, large-scale mass sports support, outdoor distress rescue and daily public welfare emergency knowledge propaganda, aiming at establishing a civil emergency rescue system in China and promoting the humanitarian spirit.

4. The relationship between the headquarters of Blue Sky Rescue Team and Blue Sky Teams all over the country is a direct management relationship, not an alliance relationship. The liaison officers sent by the headquarters will review and inspect the applications for team building in all parts of Blue Sky. Teams can be built upon approval if they meet the standards for team building in Blue Sky. They are authorized to legally use the name and logo of Blue Sky Rescue Team, implement various management systems of Blue Sky, and adhere to the development concept of Blue Sky Rescue Team. The daily management of blue sky teams around the country operates independently, and the headquarters does not participate in the management. Changes in organizational structure are reported to the headquarters in time for filing. For the Blue Sky team that does not conform to the Blue Sky concept, does not obey the unified national management, does not participate in professional training for a long time, and does not fulfill the obligation of voluntary service, if it still fails to meet the requirements after being notified for rectification, it will be notified to cancel the qualification of the team nationwide, and the Blue Sky Headquarters will rearrange the construction of the team locally.

5. Blue Sky Rescue Team is a well-known brand, and its name, logo and symbols are protected by national laws. This Convention authorizes blue sky rescue teams in various places to register under the name of "Blue Sky Rescue Team" after being authorized in writing by Blue Sky Headquarters. However, unauthorized registration and use of the name, logo and symbol of Blue Sky Rescue constitute infringement. In this regard, the headquarters of Blue Sky Rescue Team has the right to recover its qualification to use the name of Blue Sky Rescue Team and reserve the right to pursue its legal responsibility. (In addition: teams that belong to Blue Sky Rescue Team have been formally established for less than one year or are in the preparation period of assessment are not recommended or authorized to apply for registration in the name of Blue Sky Rescue Team. )

6. Individuals who voluntarily join the ranks of Blue Sky Rescue must first abide by the laws of the state and the code of conduct of ordinary people, and don't do anything that violates the laws, public order and good customs. Applicants for joining mean that they recognize this Convention and voluntarily accept the constraints of this Convention and the rules formulated on the basis of this Convention.

VII. Blue Sky Rescue is a public welfare brand and a humanitarian organization. As stipulated in this Convention, Blue Sky Rescue does not engage in business, does not charge any fees, does not advertise or name, and the rescue operation is under unified national command, and its daily management remains independent. No other organizations, institutions and individuals other than the Blue Sky Rescue Team system are allowed to participate in the management. On the basis of humanitarian neutrality, they do not participate in religious, ethnic and political activities, but only volunteer services in the field of emergency rescue.

VIII. The registered names of the local teams to which Blue Sky Rescue belongs. If it is a community registration, it is: local name plus Blue Sky Rescue Association or Blue Sky Emergency Rescue Association. (Example: Beijing Blue Sky Rescue Association or Beijing Blue Sky Emergency Rescue Association). If it is a private non-enterprise registration, it is: local name plus blue sky rescue team or local name plus blue sky rescue center. (Example: Beijing Blue Sky Rescue Team, Beijing Blue Sky Rescue Center, Beijing Blue Sky Emergency Rescue Center), if the team is established in the form of cooperation with the government administrative department, it is the local name plus the government administrative agency name plus the blue sky rescue team. (Example: Beijing Red Cross Blue Sky Rescue Team, Beijing Civil Affairs Blue Sky Rescue Team) Except for the above names, no other individuals or enterprises can be named.

9. Personal equipment, such as Blue Sky team uniforms, carrying gear and fittings, can only have the joint logo of Blue Sky Rescue and relevant government departments (such as Youth League Committee, civil air defense, Red Cross Society, etc.), except the uniform style issued by the headquarters, and any other commercial enterprise logo is strictly prohibited from appearing on the team uniforms.

Each team that signed this Convention promises to obey the unified coordination and command of Blue Sky Rescue Headquarters and Front-line Headquarters in the whole process of the start, progress and evacuation of large-scale rescue operations, and all localities should be professional and rigorous when selecting the attendance team members. Blue Sky Rescue and various rescue organizations are in friendly cooperation and cooperation at the rescue site, and there should be no conflict or contradiction with any organization or state organ. In case of any problem, the team leader of each team should be the first responsible person.

Xi. The Blue Sky Rescue Team officially launched the new BSR international logo in the national Blue Sky Rescue Team system from September 15th, 214, replacing the original shield logo. The original logo will be used as the logo for junior blue sky volunteers and teams for two years, and then cancelled or retained as appropriate. The ownership of all signs of Blue Sky belongs to the headquarters of Blue Sky Rescue Team. Signs that have been registered by individuals will be transferred after being registered at Blue Sky National Headquarters, and may not be transferred or used without permission.

12. The above matters agreed in this Convention shall not be changed on the grounds of any objective conditions, which is the basis for participating in the volunteer work of the Blue Sky Rescue Team. If there are teams and members of the Blue Sky Rescue Team who fail to meet the requirements or violate this Convention, they will be deemed to have voluntarily waived their qualifications. The work of the blue sky is to give, not to take. All the people in the blue sky are dedicating themselves to the development of the blue sky every day. The blue sky demands a lot, and the blue sky is doing very hard. The blue sky rescue pursues the purest goodness in human nature. After signing this convention, all teams promise to remember the blue sky team motto of "say less and do more, silently contribute, improve themselves and be kind to others" and always stick to it.
