Thoughts on Visiting Shanghai World Expo

On Saturday, June 22nd, 65438, I made a special trip to Shanghai to visit the World Expo and returned to Ningbo on Monday for three days. In fact, I only watched the World Expo for one day and visited 20 regional and national pavilions, including the China National Pavilion. I have gained a lot and plan to visit it twice in the next few months.

First, the World Expo is a concentrated world. A slogan of the World Expo is: "The world is in front of you, and we are by your side." More than 200 countries and regions have set up exhibition halls in Fiona Fang, covering an area of 5 square kilometers, to display their own and local history and culture, science and technology, urban management and local customs, so that ordinary people can see the general appearance, economic strength, science and technology, education level, urban construction and future development of all countries in the world without going abroad.

Second, the World Expo is a national exhibition platform, and Saudi Arabia has strong economic strength. It cost 65.438+0.2 billion yuan to build the Meilun Mobil National Pavilion, becoming the second attractive national pavilion besides the China Pavilion. Similarly, the national pavilions of the United States, Germany, Japan, Britain and France, which are leading in science and technology, have also become popular pavilions of this World Expo 10 because of their wonderful exhibits. You have to wait in line for 3 to 4 hours to visit any of them.

Idea 3. The World Expo is a mirror. Advanced and backward countries, poor and rich countries can be seen at a glance. The Netherlands, Iceland, New Zealand and other Western European countries demonstrate science and technology, urban construction, low-carbon environmental protection, and reflect the harmony between man and nature and between man and the environment. There is no doubt that citizens in these developed countries enjoy a high quality of life. Similarly, backward countries such as Mongolia, Vietnam, North Korea and Myanmar. Most of them display handicrafts and religious articles, just like the small commodity market in the Chenghuang Temple. It reflects that these countries, like some underdeveloped areas in Chinese mainland, are backward in production technology, urban construction and people's living in poverty.

Fourth, the World Expo is "* * * capitalism". I don't know what Marx's fantasy capitalism really looks like. In my opinion, the Expo Park has first-class buildings, advanced facilities and advanced technology, plus blooming flowers, laughter, singing and dancing, free buses, volunteers of handsome guys and beautiful women everywhere, and even the police have become amiable. If the World Expo provides free food again, then "* * * productism" will really come true. Ha ha!

Feeling 5. Most of us ordinary people don't have the opportunity to visit the United States, Germany, Britain and France, so let's go to the World Expo at our doorstep! Once is not enough, twice; Twice is not enough, three times; Three times is not enough, four times. Until you are satisfied.

A few days ago, we went to Shanghai to visit the World Expo and looked forward to the centennial World Expo. From its bid for the World Expo to its success, China has made painstaking efforts, and finally Shanghai has become the host city of the 20 10 World Expo. With that vision in my heart, I visited all the pavilions in the world in one day and visited the Expo Park as scheduled. China Pavilion, known as the "Crown of the East", is undoubtedly the most striking pavilion in the park. No matter where you stand, you can see it standing in the park, looking majestic and atmospheric. The Hong Kong Pavilion and the Macau Pavilion are very close.

First of all, we went to the Petroleum Pavilion and watched the 4D movie, which made you feel that you could touch everything in the picture, from the existence of oil to the consequences of human beings without oil. Soon I came to the Nepal Pavilion. The front of the pavilion was crowded with tourists scrambling to take pictures. How happy I am! The afternoon sunshine makes people lazy and unwilling to rush in with the crowd. In fact, the park is almost full of tourists, and countless people are waiting in line to enter the China Pavilion. They waited for three and a half hours in the scorching sun before they were able to enter the exhibition hall. The China Pavilion stands in the park in red, winning the favor of many tourists, and everyone waits silently with curiosity. The China culture in the exhibition hall reflects the greatness of our people, and various cultures in China have developed rapidly.

I witnessed with my own eyes the resilience of the People's Liberation Army and the people in the process of earthquake relief after the Yushu earthquake in Qinghai, and struggled to rescue people and articles in the earthquake relief, and deeply realized that they can accomplish any difficulties for the motherland. Later, we went to the venues in various provinces and cities to watch the song and dance performances in Muqam, Xinjiang. The venues in Gansu, Shaanxi, Guizhou and Yunnan all reflected the people's love for the motherland.

Finally, we ended our visit to the Expo Park and came to the most representative place in Shanghai. In Houtan, we saw the majestic Oriental Pearl Tower and the bronze statue of Chen Yi, the first mayor of Shanghai. Especially listening to the whistle of Huangpu River is like welcoming tourists from all over the world with wonderful music. Places with strong national characteristics have really attracted tourists from all over the world to stop and watch, and they have also won warm applause from everyone.

3. Impression of Shanghai World Expo

On May 17, we visited the long-awaited Shanghai World Expo with reverence. The weather is fine these days, cloudy, breezy and cool. There are not many tourists, and this weather is especially suitable for sightseeing.

The Expo Park is located between nanpu bridge and Lupu Bridge, along the banks of Huangpu River. The planned land area of the Expo Park is 5.28 square kilometers, and the park is divided into five exhibition halls: independent pavilion, joint pavilion, enterprise pavilion, theme pavilion and China pavilion. The Expo Park is divided into Puxi and Pudong, Puxi is the enterprise pavilion, and Pudong is the city pavilion and the theme pavilion. There are 200 countries and regions in the world that have built pavilions. The whole Expo Park is magnificent, exquisite and beautiful everywhere, which embodies the superb creative ideas of designers and builders from all over the world. The whole World Expo is like a table of delicious food. Every chef tries his best and every dish is beautifully cooked.

On this day, we are in a happy mood and our legs are strong. * * * Visited 16 venues in Germany, Britain, USA, Australia and Spain. Looking back on this day, as far as I am concerned, my deepest feelings are as follows:

The first is its profound theme. Every World Expo has its theme and core ideas. The theme of this World Expo is "Better City!" I understand that it embodies such content. First, the continuation of the city. Man is a gregarious animal. Tens of millions of years ago, in order to survive, to pursue a better life, to obtain food effectively, and to effectively resist the attacks of other animals, our ancestors gathered together, lived in places with abundant water and plants, and gradually formed towns. Therefore, the most basic intention of city formation is to live better; The second is his pertinence. The development of modern cities, some of which have deviated from the original intention of building cities, people are getting farther and farther away from nature, living in reinforced concrete forests, living in traffic turmoil, water problems, environmental problems, traffic problems and so on, all of which are puzzling people's lives and urban development. The problems in urban construction and development are increasingly obvious, and it is urgent to find solutions. The World Expo provides a good platform for solving these problems. On such a platform, everyone can show their ideas of building and developing cities. Third, its development, social development and urban construction, especially China is in the fast lane of urban development, and its urban population has reached 50%. How to solve the problems in urban development and make urban life better is a problem that needs attention and solution.

Secondly, it is the sense of innovation. The whole World Expo is a display of new ideas, concepts and cultures. Needless to say, more profound things, only the venues and buildings in various countries reflect the sense of innovation. The square building in the traditional concept no longer exists. Needless to say, the building of China Pavilion looks like a silkworm baby, while the Spanish Pavilion is made of countless vines. What is even more peculiar is that there are countless ray balls outside the British Pavilion, each of which contains an endangered plant species, in this way, people are reminded to cherish life and protect the environment. Every stadium in other countries is the result of careful design and manufacture, and it embodies innovative ideas everywhere.

The third is its high technology. The whole World Expo is a concentrated display of high-tech development in the future society. What is far-reaching is a strange performance we watched in the German Pavilion. The performance showed the latest research results in Germany. In a circular performance venue, there is a ball, and the audience shouts different voices from different directions. With the different sound, the color of the ball is constantly changing. What's more strange is that the ball can keep spinning with the change of sound. It is said that the researchers used the combination of sound, light and electricity to simulate it, which is really incredible.

The fourth is its concept of harmony. The whole city Expo has established the theme of "Better City, Better Life", which embodies a harmonious concept as a whole. And put forward three core concepts of harmony, namely "harmony between people, harmony between man and nature, harmony between history and future". The harmony between man and nature is manifested in the existence of "man, city and nature". Experts in architecture and urban planning of Tongji University have made a useful attempt in the planning and design of the Expo site, based on green intelligent building technology. Designers hope that through this attempt, they can obtain a more effective green environment construction mode and open up a broader field for the development of green intelligent building technology.

The fifth is its management art. The security, transportation, accommodation and catering of the whole Expo are well organized, and more than 200,000 tourists naturally flow every day. This alone reflects the superb art of city managers.

A cursory tour is only a superficial understanding. I think every visitor has a World Expo in his own eyes.
