After I asked to wear a helmet and visit the site, the unique corporate culture of this multinational group made me feel uneasy for a long time, the most obvious of which was its "people-oriented" safety production concept. Based on the safety concept of Lafarge Group, this paper talks about the safety management of cement enterprises in China. 1 Lafarge Group's safety concept Lafarge Group is the largest leading enterprise in the field of building materials in the world. When more enterprises pursue scale and efficiency as the ultimate goal, Lafarge's corporate purpose is: safer, more comfortable and more beautiful! It is difficult for outsiders to see the role and significance of safety awareness in the whole production process. The security concept of 1. 1 Lafarge is a very broad basic concept. There is a vice president in charge of security in the group headquarters, which implements global vertical management and has an independent budget. All continents, countries and production factories have full-time safety management personnel who have the right to shut down the production line once hidden dangers are discovered. On the finished production line, production can't start without the signature of the safety manager. In management, safety is an important performance indicator, which is directly linked to the income of supervisors and managers at all levels, and also involves the evaluation of supervisors. Lafarge has a strict notification system for safety accidents: all safety accidents must be notified to the whole world within 24 hours. The purpose is that all enterprises in Lafarge should look for hidden dangers from that accident, prevent similar accidents from happening in their own factories, and put forward rectification measures. This is enough to reflect Lafarge's concept of "controlling risks" and eliminate possible hidden dangers before they occur. The first is high-standard safety engineering design, which eliminates the possibility of accidents as far as possible in hardware. Potential safety hazards in the construction and production of cement enterprises in China Many shaft kiln cement enterprises in China have had kiln spraying accidents, causing casualties. According to the national industrial policy, the new dry production technology will be the mainstream in the future. This paper introduces some potential safety hazards in the construction and production of new dry production lines. 2. 1 Accident-prone period 2. 1. 1 During the commissioning period, some constructions that do not affect the ignition are still going on, and even some safety facilities such as stair railings are not fully installed, some reserved holes are not covered, and the safety shield of equipment is not in place; On-site debugging involves many units and complicated personnel. Without effective on-site command, misoperation and accidental injury will inevitably occur. The new dry production line has a high technical content, and many workers have not received strict pre-job training, which is a safety hazard that cannot be ignored; For the newly installed new equipment, there will be all kinds of unexpected anomalies. 2. 1.2 The biggest safety hazard during ignition is incomplete combustion of pulverized coal when the operation is improper, and there are many dead corners where unburned pulverized coal accumulates in the system. When it is concentrated to a certain concentration, it will explode, and at this time, it will also produce a lot of co; When feeding, if the operation is improper, the hot material may hurt people. 2. 1.3 When each type of work needs to cross during the maintenance period, the safety measures need to be constantly adjusted and linked, and a slight negligence will cause mutual harm; Hire more temporary workers during maintenance, lacking safety training and experience in self-protection and caring for people around you. In order to pursue economic benefits and shorten the maintenance time, the plan is often advanced again and again, and the prescribed safety measures and procedures are easily overlooked. 2. 1.4 During the fault treatment, the new dry process equipment is dense, with high correlation, and sudden faults occur in operation. If the fault treatment is not timely and accurate, it is possible to lose sight of one thing and cause an accident; For the precalciner kiln, there are risks in troubleshooting, such as the blockage of preheater and the "snowman" piled by grate cooler, which are very risky for people with no experience and insufficient training, and even the on-site commanders of some units are inexperienced, thus causing harm to people. 2.2 The decomposition kiln outside the kiln in the accident-prone section is the core equipment for high-temperature clinker calcination. Because it has a preheating system composed of several cyclones, each cyclone may be blocked. Once the blocked materials are poked open, there will be phenomena such as material collapse and anti-wind. The new dry production line has many high-rise buildings more than tens of meters, and the high-altitude operation is very risky. 2.3 Accident-prone people and type of work inspection personnel are often at the work site, so they should be good at communicating and coordinating with the central control operator during inspection. A slight negligence will lead to an accident; Temporary workers are one of the accident-prone groups because they can't get adequate safety education and are unfamiliar with the on-site production environment. The safety management strategy of China's cement enterprises There are so many hidden dangers in the construction and production of the new dry-process cement production line that it is impossible to achieve safe production only by signing the "Responsibility Letter for Safe Production". So how do cement enterprises in China carry out safety management? The author believes that, first of all, we should carefully analyze these hidden dangers and formulate safety norms; Second, we should learn from Lafarge's safety concept and implement it. 3. 1 Educate employees by making scientific safety regulations. All enterprises have formulated safety operation regulations, which operators are required to abide by. Most of these programs are compiled according to the type of work or equipment, simple and clear, and need to be executed by people who operate the equipment or engage in the type of work. But there are many variables in production, not a single equipment operation, not a single type of work. Therefore, this operating procedure has certain limitations. For example, electricians are not necessarily only threatened by electricity, and the injury of field personnel is not a single function of a certain equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to readjust the traditional procedures in the past, analyze and scientifically compile procedures according to the nature of industrial accidents and the types and sources of external forces that cause injuries, so that managers can systematically guide safety production and employees can truly understand the true meaning of safety regulations. Only when employees master the systematic knowledge of safety technology, attach importance to it ideologically and put management measures in place can enterprises have the ability to prevent accidents. 3.2 The operability of the safety management system depends on the operability of the safety management system. A large cement enterprise in Hubei has a talented undergraduate who graduated from a key university. After several years of work, it is enough to prove that his eyes were burned and blinded in a preheater blockage removal work. Therefore, the author thinks that the safety management system should be operable. Like Lafarge, there is a meeting of the production team before work every day, mainly to see if there are any safety hazards during the handover.
