In the summer of 2003, I had the opportunity to visit Lafarge Cement Co., Ltd., which is located in Jianyang Rock, a world double heritage (culture and nature). Before I entered the factory, I thought the production line had stopped. After I asked to wear a helmet and visit the site, the unique corporate culture of this multinational group made me feel uneasy for a long time, the most obvious of which was its "people-oriented" safety production concept. Based on the safety concept of Lafarge Group, this paper talks about the safety management of cement enterprises in China. 1 Lafarge Group's safety concept Lafarge Group is the largest leading enterprise in the field of building materials in the world. When more enterprises pursue scale and efficiency as the ultimate goal, Lafarge's corporate purpose is: safer, more comfortable and more beautiful! It is difficult for outsiders to see the role and significance of safety awareness in the whole production process. The security concept of 1. 1 Lafarge is a very broad basic concept. In Lafarge's business philosophy, safety is a very broad basic concept, and "safety" always ranks first in all aspects involving design, production, evaluation, final sales and even environmental protection. All continents, countries and production factories have full-time safety management personnel who have the right to shut down the production line once hidden dangers are discovered. In management, safety is an important performance indicator, which is directly linked to the income of supervisors and managers at all levels, and also involves the evaluation of supervisors. Lafarge has a strict notification system for safety accidents: all safety accidents must be notified to the whole world within 24 hours. The purpose is that all enterprises in Lafarge should look for hidden dangers from that accident, prevent similar accidents from happening in their own factories, and put forward rectification measures. This paper introduces some potential safety hazards in the construction and production of new dry production lines. 2. 1 Accident-prone period 2. 1. 1 During the commissioning period, some constructions that do not affect the ignition are still going on, and even some safety facilities such as stair railings are not fully installed, some reserved holes are not covered, and the safety shield of equipment is not in place; On-site debugging involves many units and complicated personnel. Because it has a preheating system composed of several cyclones, each cyclone may be blocked. Once the blocked materials are poked open, there will be phenomena such as material collapse and anti-wind. The new dry production line has many high-rise buildings more than tens of meters, and the high-altitude operation is very risky. 2.3 Accident-prone people and type of work inspection personnel are often at the work site, so they should be good at communicating and coordinating with the central control operator during inspection. A slight negligence will lead to an accident; Temporary workers are one of the accident-prone groups because they can't get adequate safety education and are unfamiliar with the on-site production environment. The safety management strategy of China's cement enterprises There are so many hidden dangers in the construction and production of the new dry-process cement production line that it is impossible to achieve safe production only by signing the "Responsibility Letter for Safe Production". So how do cement enterprises in China carry out safety management? The author believes that, first of all, we should carefully analyze these hidden dangers and formulate safety norms; Second, we should learn from Lafarge's safety concept and implement it. 3. 1 Educate employees by making scientific safety regulations. All enterprises have formulated safety operation regulations, which operators are required to abide by. Most of these programs are compiled according to the type of work or equipment, simple and clear, and need to be executed by people who operate the equipment or engage in the type of work. But there are many variables in production, not a single equipment operation, not a single type of work. Therefore, this operating procedure has certain limitations. For example, electricians are not necessarily only threatened by electricity, and the injury of field personnel is not a single function of a certain equipment. Therefore, it is necessary to readjust the traditional procedures in the past, analyze and scientifically compile procedures according to the nature of industrial accidents and the types and sources of external forces that cause injuries, so that managers can systematically guide safety production and employees can truly understand the true meaning of safety regulations.
