2. Task measures

(1) Maintain the overall stability of the social assistance policy during the transition period. Those who have been lifted out of poverty and have completely or partially lost the ability to work and are unable to obtain stable income through industrial employment shall be included in the scope of assistance and support for rural subsistence allowances or special poverty-stricken people in accordance with regulations, and special assistance, temporary assistance, etc. will be provided in a timely manner according to the type of difficulty. Improve the dynamic adjustment mechanism, strengthen monitoring, early warning and dynamic management of rural subsistence allowance recipients. For those whose per capita household income exceeds the local subsistence allowance standard, a certain period of assistance will be gradually withdrawn, and those who no longer meet the conditions will exit according to procedures; Necessary costs shall be appropriately deducted when calculating family income.
