At present, there are 11 large-scale modern mechanism sugar factories wholly owned or controlled, with a daily sugarcane pressing scale of 5, tons. We should persist in popularizing healthy seedling technology, biological control technology, organic fertilizer technology, water-saving irrigation technology, mechanization technology and "double linkage" operation mechanism, drive agricultural reclamation and local sugarcane planting bases to 1 million mu, strive for an annual output of more than 6 million tons of sugarcane, and build a solid industrial base.

the second is to expand the scale of sucrose processing in state farms. Focusing on Guangken Sugar Group, we should "base ourselves on farming, get out of farming and develop farming", according to the development status and operating conditions of existing sugar enterprises, and through the operation mode of market economy, we should further integrate the sugar industry resources in Leizhou Peninsula and even adjacent areas by holding shares, so as to further transform the management mechanism of the sugar industry in reclamation areas, speed up marketization and openness, continuously enhance the development vitality and motivation, and strive for an annual sugar output of more than 6, tons.

Third, develop circular economy and expand the sugar industry chain. The cane sugar industry chain in reclamation area includes cane sugar, canned pineapple, concentrated fruit juice, bio-fertilizer, edible alcohol, bagasse pellet board and power generation, etc., and initially presents the characteristics of "industrial cluster". At present, we are working on building a number of key circular economy projects. Including the expansion of Sanhe alcohol plant project, it is planned to expand the annual output of alcohol from the current 3 thousand tons to 6 thousand tons; Using bagasse, sugarcane leaves and other raw materials from sugar factories, we invested 28 million yuan to build a 3,-kilowatt biomass power plant. Invest 3 million yuan to build a 5,-head pig farm according to the circular model of "pig raising-biogas-sugarcane". After the completion of these projects, industrial chain extension, project cluster combination and resource recycling will be further realized.
