In order to increase the publicity of Weihai City’s talent work, expand the actual effect and influence of talent information release, talent policy promotion, and talent exchange activities, and fully demonstrate the new image of Weihai’s talent work in the new era, it is now open to the public Collect propaganda slogans and image logos for Weihai City’s talent work.

1. Collection time

From the date of announcement to 18:00 on June 30, 2022.

2. Scope of collection

Open to domestic professional design companies, creative teams, colleges and universities, and individuals, and encourage talent workers in all fields to actively participate.

3. Collection content

Weihai City’s talent work logo includes:

The submitted works can be created in any one field, or they can be created in combination.

Talent work promotion slogan:

It must be uniquely creative, have a prominent theme, be short and powerful, easy to understand and remember, catchy, and have a strong ideological, literary and contemporary sense. It embodies Weihai elements and facilitates publicity and promotion. The number of words should be controlled within 10 words.

Talent work image logo:

It should be exquisitely conceived, concise and elegant, with prominent themes, profound implications, coordinated colors, high recognition, strong visual impact and intuitive overallity. It is aesthetically pleasing, embodies Weihai elements, and is easy to produce using various technological means. It is suitable for production and application in various carriers and environments such as official letters, letterheads, promotional materials, souvenirs, print media, and online media.

One best design award, with a bonus of 5,000 yuan

5 outstanding finalists will be awarded with a bonus of 1,000 yuan

5 outstanding finalists will be awarded A bonus of 2,000 yuan will be given to each winner

5. Collection requirements

Send the submitted works to the official email: whrckf@wh.shandong.cn.

The work file is named "Author's Name Weihai City Talent Work Logo Design Solicitation".

The subject of the email should be filled in as "Talent Work Logo Design Plan".

Information such as the name of the organization or real name, ID number of the main creator, contact number and common email address must be sent along with the work.

Talent work promotion slogans should be submitted in the form of Word version, accompanied by creative explanations within 300 words.

You can submit design drafts or hand-drawn drafts for talent work image identification.

Design draft: Submit the original logo design in AI/PSD/CDR and other formats. At the same time, each work must submit an exported work picture and vector image in JPG format with an accuracy of no less than 300dpi.

Hand-drawn manuscripts: Color manuscripts must be submitted in JPG photo format, with the photo size not less than 2M.

The submitted work must be accompanied by a logo interpretation document within 300 words, briefly explaining the creative concept and implication of the work design.

The submitted works must be original designs, with no restrictions on design styles and types. They must not be plagiarized, counterfeited or infringe on other people’s intellectual property rights; they have not been published in any form before, and have not been published in any form. Become known to the public in any way. Applicants bear liability for infringement of works. Design works must not contain any content that violates the national constitution, party regulations and legal provisions.

Applicants must keep the original manuscripts and documents intact. The selected candidates are obliged to revise and improve the design draft based on relevant review opinions, and provide a complete and detailed design plan as required.

6. Other matters

1. There is no fee for this collection activity.

2. The copyright of the submitted works is protected by Chinese law. All intellectual property rights of the final selected design work will belong to the organizer. Before the results of the solicitation are announced, the author shall not publish or publish the submitted works on his own.

3. The submitted works must not add any third-party logos that are not related to this event.

4. Once the application works are submitted, the applicant will be deemed to have fully understood and fully accepted these solicitation rules.
