② Material organization

The limestone for the water-stabilized base in my bid section is crushed stone produced by Nantong Road and Bridge and Anhui Hefei Shi Lei Stone Co., Ltd., and the limestone for the asphalt surface is produced by Anhui Hefei Shi Lei Stone Co., Ltd., and the stone factory processes 6,000 tons of crushed limestone every day, which can meet the construction needs. The basalt used in the upper layer is crushed stone produced by Shucheng Tongda quarry, and its adhesion to asphalt reaches Grade 5. All kinds of materials are stored in different grades and categories, and the raw materials are not confused, which ensures that the raw materials do not change.

Machine-made sand: The limestone machine-made sand used for asphalt pavement is made of limestone aggregate produced by Anhui Hefei Shi Lei Stone Co., Ltd., and the particle size of the crushed stone used for processing the machine-made sand is fixed from beginning to end, and the mud content of the crushed stone is not more than 65,438 0%, which eliminates the quality hidden danger caused by the machine-made sand and can meet the production needs.

Mineral powder: Asphalt surface filler is mineral powder obtained by grinding strongly alkaline limestone. The treated ore powder is dry, clean and stable in particle size range, and can freely flow out of the ore powder bin. Limestone powder produced by Hefei Shi Lei Stone Co., Ltd. is selected.

Anti-spalling agent: calcium hydroxide powder (hydrated lime) is used, and hydrated lime produced by Anhui Chizhou Hengsheng is selected. The test results of raw materials meet the requirements.

Cement: Conch brand compound silicate P. C 32.5 retarded cement produced by Changfeng Conch Co., Ltd. is adopted. The initial setting time of cement exceeds 4 hours, and the final setting time exceeds 6 hours.

Asphalt: The lower layer adopts Grade A 70# heavy traffic petroleum asphalt provided by Zhongwu Zhenhua Trading Co., Ltd. designated by the owner, the middle layer adopts SBS I-D modified asphalt produced by Anhui Yuhuan Highway Asphalt Co., Ltd. and Hefei Baoying Materials Co., Ltd., and the upper layer adopts Hefei Bao.

In order to eliminate all hidden dangers, SBS I-D modified asphalt produced by Surplus Materials Co., Ltd. is responsible to the owner. According to relevant laws and regulations, our contract section samples and tests each car's asphalt and keeps samples for inspection.

In order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, our company invested a set of WCZ-600 water-stable mixing equipment with an output of 600 tons/hour in this contract.
