How to complain if the company does not pay wages?

If the employer doesn't pay wages, you can call 12333 to complain, or you can complain to the supervision brigade of the labor bureau. According to Article 7 of the Interim Provisions on Wage Payment, wages must be paid on the date agreed by the employer and the employee. In case of holidays or rest days, it should be paid in advance on the nearest working day. Wages shall be paid at least once a month, and weekly, daily and hourly wages may be paid.
