New "Twenty Articles" on Epidemic Prevention

Here comes the point!

On June165438+1October 1 1, the State Council issued the Notice on Further Optimizing the Prevention and Control Measures of COVID-19 Epidemic, and announced 20 measures to further optimize the prevention and control work.

The main points of the measures are as follows:

(1) For close contacts, adjust the management measures of "7-day centralized isolation +3-day home health monitoring" to "5-day centralized isolation +3-day home isolation".

(two) timely and accurately determine the close contacts, no longer determine the close contacts.

(3) Adjust the "7-day centralized isolation" of overflow personnel in high-risk areas to "7-day home isolation".

(4) Adjust the risk area from "high, medium and low" to "high and low".

(5) Employees in high-risk positions who have completed closed-loop operations are adjusted from "7-day centralized isolation or 7-day home isolation" to "5-day home health monitoring".

(6) In epidemic-free areas, nucleic acid testing shall be conducted for risk posts and key personnel in strict accordance with the scope determined in the ninth edition of the prevention and control plan, and the scope of nucleic acid testing shall not be expanded.

(7) Cancel the fuse mechanism of inbound flights.

(8) Important business personnel and sports organizations entering the country are transported to the closed-loop management area ("closed-loop bubble") without isolation to carry out business, training, competitions and other activities. In the meantime, they will be assigned code management and cannot leave the management area.

(9) The Ct value of nucleic acid detection is the standard for clearly judging the positive of entry personnel.

(10) For the entry personnel, the "7-day centralized isolation +3-day home health monitoring" is adjusted to "5-day centralized isolation +3-day home isolation".

(twelve) to promote vaccination work in COVID-19 in an orderly manner.

(thirteen) to speed up the treatment-related drug reserves in COVID-19.

(fourteen) to strengthen the protection of key institutions and key groups.
