When will the ban on fireworks and firecrackers be lifted?

Several authoritative government websites in the country have not announced the lifting of the ban on fireworks. On the contrary, because Beijing will host the Winter Olympics during the Spring Festival, it is forbidden to set off fireworks during the New Year period. During the Spring Festival in previous years, Beijing would set off fireworks in designated areas on the first day of the first lunar month and other days, but this is completely prohibited during the 2022 Spring Festival. In addition, in addition to the Yishen Banquet in Beijing, Hebei Province, Tianjin City, Shanxi Province, Inner Mongolia and other places in North my country have issued notices prohibiting the setting off of fireworks during the Spring Festival, and the reason is that the Beijing Winter Olympics and Paralympic Games will be held. However, many places in the south have issued notices stipulating that fireworks can be set off on several special festivals such as New Year's Eve, the first day of the first lunar month, and the Lantern Festival.

Guardians of minors should educate minors on the safe use of fireworks and firecrackers.
