The Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Shandong Province has published the list of "Leading Institutions and Talents of Human Resources Services in Shandong Province", which is the first time that Shandong has published the list of "leaders" in the field of human resources services.

In the rapid and healthy development of Shandong's human resources service industry, the vast number of market players and employees have gathered strong forces and released unlimited potential. Through years of accumulation, a large number of industry leaders have emerged in the province, forming fierce competition in this application and selection.

In this selection, economic benefits and social benefits are equally important, and the ability of "innovation" is more prominent. After deployment promotion, enterprise application, qualification review, expert review, on-site verification, social publicity and other stages, it was finally determined that 29 enterprises were the leading human resources service institutions in Shandong Province, and 19 employees were the leading human resources service talents in Shandong Province. People's social departments at all levels in Shandong Province will provide diversified incentives for enterprises and talents to be evaluated, provide accurate support, follow-up services, cultivate outstanding people, and stimulate "yan zhen vitality" with the "head geese effect".

In the implementation of the Notice of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security on Implementing the Action Plan for the Innovation and Development of Human Resources Service Industry, Shandong will take an active role, shoulder the mission bravely, persist in innovation-driven development, and continue to exert its strength in expanding the main body and cultivating talents. During the Tenth Five-Year Plan period, we will focus on cultivating 50 leading human resources service enterprises and 100 leading talents in the industry by organizing and implementing the brand cultivation plan of Pinhui Shandong human resources service institutions and the talent cultivation project of Qilu Kunpeng human resources service industry, set a benchmark and strengthen the brand, accelerate the realization of a new leap in the province's human resources service industry, and better serve the green, low-carbon and high-quality development.
