The launching ceremony of the project of "Revitalizing the Rural Areas in Jilin Province" and the pilot county (city) district of rural revitalization volunteer service in Jilin Province in 223 was held in Tongxin Village, Quannongshan Town, Lianhuashan Eco-tourism Resort in Changchun.
