Three cities and three capitals refer to world-famous cultural and creative cities, tourist cities, sports cities, international food cities, music cities and exhibition cities. The formulation of "three cities and three capitals" first appeared in the second plenary session of the 13th Chengdu Municipal Committee held from February 9, 20 17 to February 9, 201.
